We arrived here in the afternoon and it was a bit busy since back to school shopping is still in effect. We were assisted by a female employee with glasses and black hair. I did not notice her name. She was not very friendly, or patient and had a bit of an attitude. She seemed to be a high school or college student. Needless to say, she gave me polos for my daughter that were stained and not even sealed. When I inquired about the gold female polo without the school logo, she said it was not in stock. I decided to take a yellow one instead. After my daughter finished in the dressing room, I spoke to another employee, an older woman, and requested for new polos. She immediately exchanged them. When it was check out time, I was assisted by Giovanny. He was helpful, friendly, and professional. He even took the time to advise that the gold polos were indeed in stock. I exchanged the polo immediately. It was obvious that the rude young woman did not want to help me. Oh well, unfortunately in Miami sometimes it all depends on who assists you more than the business as a whole. I appreciate Giovanny’s assistance and attention. :)

Although I waited until the last minute for uniforms, their customer service helped me find a store that had my size and style of shirt. When I got there today(Sat), it was very busy, yet the employees all had smiles and were very helpful. A couple if days ago I went to their Sweetwater store and they were just as nice and helpful as here. Their prices are also very reasonable. I’m very grateful for their kind assistance!

as it turns out, you can’t just go to any store as each school is assigned to a specific store. go to to find out and save yourself some gas and stress. as you go inside, there are lines for everything so get in line to be attended. there are fitting rooms on site so use them because it will be a hassle to come back they have package specials like 4 tops 4 bottoms 4 school patches and a belt or tote for $ 119(july 2013) and take advantage of the in-house press to the patches already pressed into the uniforms which is already included w the package price. they also do patches for $ 2.99/$ 3.99 for ibiley and non-ibiley uniforms customer service is nothing to rave about and there are no facilities for people to sit and wait. by the way. you can do all this online and save yourself from unnecessary stress and aggravation…
