Bad bad really bad attitude with the guy serving on Sept 18 at around 9PM, ordered two hookahs different flavours, asked him which one is what n he said u figure it out… I am out of town in Miami and this was kinda hilarious coz servers at hookah lounge are real friendly. Very bad experience. One star only for good music.

Used to love it here, but the staff has gotten a little rude and money hungry. Demanding we pay upon entry and if anyone else joins us just to sit and enjoy the music, they break their necks running over to demand money from them too. It sucks because aside from that, it’s a really nice place to chill, relax, and enjoy the music presented by a pretty decent DJ. If they hadn’t gotten so rude lately, I would have given it five stars. Especially since they moved into a bigger place and updated the furniture. I just can’t deal with an unprofessional staff.

Where do I even start?(I hate writing long reviews but I have to in this case) After reading all of the reviews about this place being shitty, I still paid a visit to Hookah Inn because it was my sisters birthday and she really wanted to check this place out.(Also, we were told we could bring a bottle of liquor for only $ 5 and drink that since they don’t actually serve any alcohol.) My sister was already there with a group of friends by the time I showed up with 2 other people. We walk in and the music is blaring so unnecessarily loud. Louder than loud. Overwhelmingly loud. Ridiculously ‘effing loud. We walk up to the«cashier» guy who is selling mixers for the bottle that we bring in. We can’t even hear whatever the guy saying but the screen is showing that our total is $ 55. We were so confused, but after yelling into each others ears, the cashier guy was telling me that for every 3 people, it is required that you have a hookah… which was going to be $ 40. Even if you don’t want the damn hookah because you don’t plan on smoking, they are still charging you for it. Then they charge $ 5 per person when you bring in bottle, so on top of the $ 40 was another $ 15…which equals out to $ 55 and we haven’t even bought the mixers yet. At this point I didn’t want to stay and pay for shit, but because my sister and her group of friends were already drinking and smoking the hookah, I couldn’t just leave and bail on her birthday. The cashier tries to bargain with us and knock off $ 5, but we were still hesitant to actually stay. Then he says he will charge $ 30 for the hookah(that we don’t want) and that’s the best that he can do. So now he’s just making up prices and it is all very shady. We take the deal and purchase some mixers for the bottle of vodka that we brought, but wait… they don’t have any glasses or even plastic cups that they can provide you with. You better make sure you bring your own Solo cups! But don’t worry, they’ll provide a small bucket for ice… just no cups. After we finally sit down and were able to chill for like an hour and a half, I notice the owner pointing over to our section, and he looks pissed. He was telling his employees that our time was up(Time is measured by the 3 coals that come with the hookah and once those babies are all used up, it’s time to purchase new ones or get out.) The guys in our group explain to the owner that we came with a lot of people and purchased multiple hookahs and mixers(remember: 1 hookah per 3 people!) The owner said he wasn’t «kicking us out» he just wanted us to buy more coals, or we’d have to leave in 30 minutes… what??? We weren’t going to pay for anything else in this place so we just left. Hookah Inn is a joke. Seriously stay away

Walk in on a Saturday @ 12 am and there are about 6 customers and 12 employees. Music was blaring louder than necessary for an empty lounge. Couldn’t even have a conversation with the person a foot away. Prices were way more expensive than any other local hookah place: $ 20 for two people. They made us sit right in front of blaring speaker when there were empty seats EVERWHERE. They do not serve alcohol however you can bring in alcohol for $ 5. When paying they round up to the nearest dollar. It seemed more like a place for employees to hang out, smoke hookah than to serve customers. In the end the hookah wasn’t even that great. Go ANYWHERE but here.

Let me start off with the fact that they have moved to a new location not even a block away from their old location. Much bigger and completely remodeled. Brand new couches and tables. This is the best hookah bar in Miami, I have been a loyal customer for almost 8 years. Luckily I live close by, but even if I did not i would still make the drive just for their friendly service and ambience. This is not due to me being a regular. Ever since day one I have been treated with amazing service and friendliness. Not to mention they are very affordable! Most importantly they have the best hookahs made by people that have been making hookahs their whole lives and truly know what they are doing. No matter what I would order, I could taste every flavor in the bowl. I trust their taste so much that I don’t order anymore, I just let them make me whatever they know is going to taste great. During the week it’s casual, sometimes there’s music that’s not too loud, where I can come study or have a calm outing with friends. They also play movies that you can watch from pretty much any angle since they have 6TV’s setup throughout the store. On the weekend it’s gets busier with awesome live DJ’s and more than enough space to fit everyone, and then some. There’s space for those who love to dance, and if not, the couches are extremely comfortable!(My boyfriend falls asleep in a seated position on them all the time, haha) To conclude this long review, you need to go to experience this. People might have had negative things to say about the old location(for whatever reason) but I say you try it out for yourselves. I have been to many other places from Miami to Orlando and none compare. I hope this was a helpful review :)

This places has good hookah, couches, food, and electronic cigarettes. But when they play their crappy sound system to the max it kills my ears! Invest in a quality sound system that you can play loud as you want and everyone will enjoy it!

My first time going here, the prices were high, the couches are old and worn down, and there’s no music or anything playing, so the atmosphere is kind of awkward. The hookah was okay, I’ve had better.

This place is garbage. Too expensive. 15.00 plus 5.00 per person!, old hookas, no atmosphere, just kids playing cellphone music.

I was in the area sightseeing with my family and so I decided to bring them by for a hookah, being the only hookah lounge on the way to our hotel. I walk in and already I was disappointed by the run-down ambience: matted-down couches, dirty generic Ikea tables, and no music playing. However, there was a respectable selection of sheesha on display so I decided to give it a try. $ 40 later($ 15 for one hookah, plus $ 5 per person — my girlfriend’s mother didn’t even smoke but they charged us for her sitting with us) and we received two worn-out hookahs. The sheesha was good for about ten minutes until things became irritating. Both hookahs had pieces of what I hoped were sheesha coming through the hoses. Shortly after the coals were replaced, the sheesha was burnt. We were there for about a half an hour and we were already over it. To add insult to injury, there were five kids with two hookahs in the corner, when one of their friends showed up and just started smoking with them. No limit on people to a hookah, no $ 5 charge for another person. My girlfriend’s mother did not receive the same treatment. Needless to say, it was both a disappointing and expensive experience. I do *not* recommend this lounge.

Myself and a group of friends wanted to try something different. We went with an open mind and had a great time. The Dj played great music and the employees were very attentive.

This place is not easily found but well worth the search. With the recent hookah lounge fad– I have seen a number of hookah spots popping up like weeds– but to my disappointment about 80% of them lack the middle eastern authenticity of their ancestors. This cozy spot is a great mix of authentic and modern. Located next to Nova University, it is never short of busy — and its no wonder. The food is tasty, the service is great, and the atmosphere is very calming. If you go during the weekend, there is a DJ playing something to please everyone and they even have a little dance area. All this for a modest price of $ 15 per hookah(good for two people). They don’t charge by the hour like some places — so feel free to sit back, and take you time.

I’m not a big hookah person, I only came here because I wanted the experience. This place is cozy, it’s not too big that you feel overwhelmed but has enough that quite a few group of people can enjoy comfortably. They have a large selection of flavors to choose from for no extra charge which was great. The atmosphere is fun yet comfortable. I had a great time with my friends here and I expect to come back in the future. As of right now the price is $ 15 for the hookah and one person, and then an extra $ 5 charge for every extra person. I also read somewhere that the maximum is 3 people per hookah but I believe they are pretty lax on that rule cause I saw groups of 5 and 6 sitting around one hookah.

I was deeply saddened when Michael’s Café was closed down. I wanted to find another place that would offer decent hookah prices. So through friends I found this place conviently located right across from Miami-Dade College and I am pleased! This place in indoors, with couches and comfortable chairs to lounge in. The hookah is very decently priced. $ 15 for a person, $ 5 for each additional person. They use a very good tobacco and it lasts a really long time. They can also mix any flavor off of their array of flavor menu without an additional cost. You can also get some snacks and desserts to munch on while you smoke which is nice and apparantly offer some nice Arabian tea choices which I have yet to tried. Another plus, are the hours. During the week they close at 2AM and on weekends at 3AM so this is a great place to hit up in the late evening hours.
