The absolute worst. I ordered off of their website and they called me 45 minutes later telling me they were JUST seeing the order, then 45 min later after that I STILL hadn’t received my delivery! So it was an hour and a half I was waiting… Lol oh and they are out of soy milk. P. S. They got my coffee order wrong.

I always get the red carpet treatment here and the food is always fantastic. I always get the salmon with capers.

I love this place. When I worked downtown, I used to go at least twice a month if not more. The food is excellent. Because it is a kosher restaurant, many of the dishes are vegetarian or vegan by default, which is perfect for me. What I like most about the restaurant, however, is how nice the owner is. He would always remember me and what I liked. He was eager to recommend new dishes and let me try samples. It’s hard to find restaurants in Miami where owners try to build relationships with their patrons, so it was a real treat to be a customer here.

Very nice customer service. Ordered lunch at work because I didn’t prepare anything for today. Ordered a falafel plate– hummus with tahini was tasty, Israeli salad was awesome but my fave was the eggplant. It was roasted and charred just how I like it. Falafel was good and their pita was so filling, the plate was actually very very filling. I will not be eating dinner tonight. Lol. Minimum $ 12 for free delivery. Well worth it for a semi healthy lunch! Yummmm

Fresh, made-to-order vegan/vegetarian/kosher-friendly food, and even friendlier people! I’m from New York City and can tell you this is far from the traditional Jewish deli. I wasn’t in the mood for soup, but they make a new one from scratch every day, and the lentil one I sampled was delicious. If you’re eating alone like I was, this is the best place to have a sit-down meal because everyone who works here is a total sweetheart. They have an in-house sushi chef who makes a mean tempura vegetarian roll. If you don’t believe vegans can enjoy sushi, think again! I also tried their meatless Schwarma special(listed under specialty sandwiches and includes your drink). Picture a soft pita corner stuffed with vegan steak, tahini, hummus and all the spicy dressings. Then double that image, and fill the rest of the plate with fresh, crispy shoestring fries, and you have the special. The two entrees were more than enough food for two people, but I took the other half the go. My total came out to a measly $ 20 before tips, which is a steal considering I had enough food for 2 meals. I will however say that the tempura sushi loses the crispness after being in the fridge and fries don’t take well to being microwaved, so do yourself a favor and eat it fresh!

Came here for lunch and I was surprised by the quick service. I kept on staring at the menu and I was completely indecisive on what I was going to eat. I literately kept on changing my mind every 5 seconds for something to eat, the guy that attended me didn’t get mad or annoyed at me for being such a pain(trust me I was about to smack myself for not being able to choose something). He suggested his favorite sandwich which is now my new favorite sandwich :0 Another thing was that I saw on their menu was sushi, which was a bit strange for a place that you get bagels and pizza… And another side note this place wasn’t as expensive as I thought. They charged me $ 10 and some change for a drink & sandwich… Which will last me also for dinner!

Now this place is awesome. Kosher and all the food is good! Really good. It is not a cheap place. But there’s a very nice variety of food. The fries are delish! The swarma special is awesome! The sushi is awesome! Friendly service. The owner is from NYC! Look forward to having lunch with my friend that follow strict kosher diets. This is the place we meet up!

This place takes forever to delivery your food. I ordered 3 hours ago and I still have not received it. Every time I call I get a different excuse I will never order from them again.

New menu. I loved this place before and love it even more now. I’m not Jewish, but I know that Kosher food is so much higher quality, plus this is Kosher Dairy, so this is a vegetarian’s dream restaurant… All they have is dairy or fish… I customize my order all the time. Today, I ate a pita stuff with garlic sautéed eggplant and red peppers, with fresh spinach tomato and avocado. Last week, I had a custom sushi roll made with mango, cucumber, avocado, carrots, white rice, and topped with more mango and avocado. They can make nearly anything and their new menu includes multiple fish specialities, pastas, sandwhiches, delicious salads, a sushi menu, breakfast… Plus they have multiple pastries including pistachio baklava. Not to mention the food in the name, bagels(with dough imported from NY) and pizza. They literally have a little bit of everything. This is a restaurant you truly could eat at every day, no exaggeration and the food would be delicious and for the most part, pretty healthy for you! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Great kosher lunch spot!!! I ordered the felafel plate and it was amazing! I loved the roasted eggplant and everything on it and the price was very reasonable(about $ 8 or $ 10) – big serving. I’m allergic to lettuce so they offered to give me spinach salad(without me asking) on the side which I really appreciated it. The love is in the details. My husband ordered a shawarma and it was also delish, the fries were very yummy too. I wish I went to downtown for lunch more often because this would definitely be my favorite lunch spot. If you are wondering if you should give it a try… don’t hesitate!

I was only in the area for jury duty(they settled, thank heavens!). It was lunch time and I was dreading my number being called. My mom and I walked around and ended up here. We were offered a sample of the soup of the day. WOW. We tried figuring out what was in it so that we could re-create it at home. It was that good. she had a tuna salad, and I tried the Mediterranean salad. Such simple meals, so incredibly filling and delicious. The plating is lovely. I want to go back, but hopefully not for the jury pool anytime soon, haha.

Have tried these guys a handful of times now — I want to like them because they are newish, the place is clean and cute and the people are nice. Let it be known thier bagels are good. If you want a bagel with cream cheese in the morning, it’s a good choice. But lunches are mediocre. I had filafel once, which was fine. I just ordered a Greek salad, and when I got back to my office discovered I had a bowl of iceberg lettuce with some sliced olives on it. Literally. For like $ 8.

This is the second location of Holy Bagels and Pizzeria. It is kosher to some degree, meaning that you won’t find any kind of meat on your pizza, nor any shellfish on the sushi menu. There are several restaurants in a row next to each other near this address, and one day I was ducking in and out of a couple looking for something quick to eat for a late lunch. A manager/owner type practically grabbed me to let me know about the pizza lunch special(in a nice way), and so I ordered the two slices plus a drink from the cooler for $ 5 special. The pizza was quickly thrown in the oven to heat, and I grabbed a soda and was urged to seat myself. The pizza was served shortly after, without my even having paid yet, which is unusual in downtown at a counter order type of place! That was the good, now for the fair: The pizza was crispy-thin with a nice crust, but I found the tomato sauce and the abundant cheese to be overly mild for my taste. A cheese pizza needs more flavor to the sauce, and some stronger cheese to stand on its own. Perhaps a good sprinkle of parmegiano-reggiano would have done the job. I’ll probably be back again because it was so inexpensive and is close to my office, but I don’t recommend making a special journey — for the pizza, anyway.

Holy Bagels & Pizzeria is a kosher restaurant serving up bagels, pizza, salads, cookies, muffins, croissants, sandwiches and even sushi in Downtown Miami. The service at Holy Bagels is quite friendly and eager to please. I was there a few days ago and the man behind the counter who I think may be the owner offered me a sample of the daily soup. I’m not typically a soup person, but it was so good I ordered a cup. I then asked for the goat cheese salad that’s on their menu, and was told«we don’t have goat cheese.» I then asked for the caprese salad instead and watched as one of the employees painstakingly cut pieces of mozzarella cheese and arranged those pieces on tomato slices. The process took well over 10 minutes and when he handed me the salad I asked where the basil was. He said to me «we don’t have basil so I poured pesto over the salad instead.» I’d never seen a caprese salad without basil on it so I took his word for it. When I got back to the office I polished off the delicious soup and barely touched the salad because the«pesto» wasn’t to my liking. Due to the fact that this place is so new I’m cutting them some slack and will be visiting them again. I think if I simplified my order they’d certainly get it right. On the bright side, there were two rabbis having lunch at Holy Bagels which certainly lent the place an air of authenticity. The pizza looked good too. So, if you’re in the area and looking to try something new consider Holy Bagels & Pizzeria. Just made sure they have all the ingredients before you place your order, and don’t have the pesto!
