Her Majesty’s Cupcakes

I placed an order for a specific flavor, received a completely different one. Besides that, the cake tasted good. Easy to order.

I email them, text them and call … They only respond my first email they give me a quote and when I email them back that I was interested they never respond again…
I will never going to call them again its a waste of time!!!
I really don’t know how they are on business with that horrible customer service

I’ve had Monique make multiple cakes for me (Engagement party, Birthday party, Mother’s Day, etc.). and all her cakes come out amazing and delicious! She has such attention to detail and is very clean with her designs. Very hard to be disappointed with anything she creates! She’s also very accommodating and easy to contact and communicate with.

I ordered a cake from Monique for my boyfriends birthday and it came out amazing! I sent her a picture of an idea I had in mind and she added her own design and made it look awesome! I recommend the red velvet flavor with chocolate filling for any cake. Thank you, Her Majesty’s Cupcakes for my yummy cake! :)

I was looking all week for the perfect bakeshop to make my niece’s 4^th birthday cake and cupcakes. Luckily, someone recommended Her Majesty’s Cupcakes the other day and I went to her Facebook page and was so impressed with her creativity and attention to detail that I couldn’t resist. I also couldn’t be happier with the service I received today after placing my order.
Although I have only ordered the cake and cupcakes and haven’t tasted them just yet, Monique is the sweetest and most accommodating person ever! I sent her the design and she worked with me to get the perfect cake for my little princess!
Once the party occurs, I will update my review with the proper review post-​tasting!
