Dina Aronfeld and Myriam Ghandour have selected ingredients based solely on their purity as much as their personality: sourced from dozens of local locations, resulting in spectacular flavor and unique presentations. Their granola bars, created by co-founder Chef Dina Aronfeld– are positively life changing. For example, each granola bar– their signature item– is handmade and baked– to its character: «CRUNCHYBARSOFCHOCOLATECOVEREDWITHLUSCIOUSINGREDIENTS, CANDIEDFRUITS, CARAMELISEDHAZELNUTSORCHOPPEDPISTACHIOS.» Or made with: «CARAMELISEDALMONDSANDHAZELNUTSPRALINES, DARKCHOCOLATEANDMILKCHOCOLATE.» I’ve tried them all and my favorite is the dark chocolate and peanut butter granola bar. The perfect combination of dark chocolate with peanut butter chips. Imagine combing these classic flavors got even better when combined in this tasty, over-the-top combination in granola. Dark chocolate granola dough provides the sweet and peanut butter chips add the savory. A delicately balanced, delicious treat when you want the best of both worlds. They«cannot stop eating them good» a twist on a classic flavor combination: moist semisweet chocolate granola is packed with soft, smooth peanut butter chips. A dark and delicious and healthy confection. I also have had them cater a number of lawyer networking and fundraising events and they did a spectacular job. Presentation was impressive. Myriam Ghandour’s new dishes include black rice cooked in the oven with shellfish, squid and octopus, Mediterranean fish with bulgur wheat in a tagine, and Anjou grown quinoa and seafood. Quality comes with a steep price– organic, kosher options and handmade in a small kitchen in Coral Gables. They delivered on time and exceeded my expectation.
