This location is absolutely awful. I just moved to this area, and wanted to try this place out. I figured why not. I got there 10 minutes before it closed, and two ladies were sitting in the front by the computer and they looked at me and laughed. The door had been locked already and they just gestured no to me and looked away. Very rude and disrespectful. Besides the fact that there’s still time before closing, I have short hair and you have no clients. What a joke! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Yesterday evening, 2/​15, we had a very bad experience here with a male barber. Very similar to another review here, he wanted to impose a haircut that we did not want for our son. He wasn’t per se rude but «fresh» and mistaken. We don’t need to know how many years of experience you have, just perform the haircut we are requesting, not what you feel is right. We will not be returning.
On the other hand the woman that cut our other son’s hair did an amazing job. Kudos to her.

If you enjoy getting the haircut that you didn’t ask for then this is the place for you. As a repeat customer I have returned with higher hopes time and time again but unfortunately I will not be returning.

Nice alternative to the other franchise hair salons in Miami. Much better stylist. Store is clean and modern. The shopping center has recently had a facelift and is much nicer than it use to be. The Publix is under construction but the parking is better. This place is significantly better in quality than I expected. The prices are still very competitive. Somehow it seems like they should be charging more. Try the app for check in it really helps get in and out faster. I have not seen anything like it.
