Im a vegetarian so I usually get the veggie panini. Love it! Great customer service, but sometimes they take a while on your order

There’s only one lady running this place, and there’s only crepes(both savory and sweet) in the menu here, save for some sandwiches — none of which are open-faced(no croque monsuer or croque madame). Weirdly, the lady didn’t even know what a croque monsieur was — so I’m hunching that she’s Italian instead of French. Initially I thought the crepes were expensive — $ 6 to 11 range, with most in the higher range and with no promise of a side or drinks. But when my salmon crepes came, it was HUGE. While I appreciate the size and the efforts of the lady to make sure that my crepes came out«perfect,» I do think it could be better. It would be nice to have maybe hollandaise sauce with the salmon. Why? Because without a sauce, it tasted a bit too dry for my liking. The crepes themselves were just right. The salmon was a tad bit dry. The diced tomatoes, while they were fresh, taste refrigerated for a bit too long(too watery, and not enough fresh tasting flavor). After that, I tried some of their desserts, and I must say that those were not cheap at all. I had some kind of mousse(i think?) with strawberries, and it was good. Bread here seems to be good too(and is probably the most popular part of the bakery) — and I noticed a man carrying several out of the door when I arrived. Perhaps this is a good place to get a French baguette. So when I come back here next time, and if I do, I’ll order something that shouldn’t get dry easily(no salmon), and something that doesn’t taste watery from being in the refrigerator(no tomatoes). And only then would I trust the other crepes to taste better.
