Guy working the counter is unprofessional and a slob. He yells at customers and treats you like you are an idiot. He also forgets that most people in Miami understand Spanish and is too dense to realize that before speaking ill of customers. Considering there are so many reputable jewelers in the area, do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. You have been warned.

The spring in the clasp of my chain broke, and after years of sweat, chlorine, and general living, it was in need of a good cleaning. A friend told me that fast-​fit was at the falls.
I was in and out in 10 minutes. Not joking 10 minutes! I know this because I showed up 15 minutes before they closed.
I handed the chain to the gentleman working, expecting to get it back a day or two later when he took it in back to look at. Instead he came back out apologizing that it was going to be a few minutes.
And when all was said and done 15 bucks. I left the store happy and a little stunned.
Any time I need repair work to something shiny, this is where I’m going.
