I stumbled across this place years ago whilst chauffeuring a friend’s intolerably drunk cheapskate backseat driver. ” BUT I WANTZDE $ 2TACOZZ! WAAAA!”. He was so annoying and kept reapplying lip balm compulsively til he saw me pull into this ugly little stand. His lip gloss must of been popping because his over-confident petrolatum swivels graduated to screaming and some weird shimmy thing he did to my poor backseat. Good to know the tacos are still terribly good for 1am to shut a whiny boy up. The second time around I drove up I didn’t bother with steak or chicken(that’s for pansies and people who say they like Mexican but can’t handle any bit of spice lol). LENGUA… Let it roll off your tongue. Get it. Ask for as much chile as you can get, and forget that the two ladies working here aren’t Mexi.(they’re Honduran I think actually). The tortillas aren’t home made :/ These tacos don’t transport well so get the meat and shenanigans in two separate containers unless you dig mushy meat and tortilla falling apart as you drive away like a fat idiot. CASHONLY for«De $ 2 tacozz»

This place always sets up shop here at night. Don’t look for it during the days. The style of food is traditional Mexican. They serve tacos, corn on the cob, and a variety of soft drinks. The tacos come on corn tortillas with traditional meat options: carne asada(steak), lengua(cow toungue), pollo(chicken), al pastor(pork), and chorizo(mexican sausage). I always come here for a late night taco fix. I usually get the carne asada which comes with pico de gallo, a lime wedge, and optional hot sauce. It’s delicious. They also serve corn on the cob which is smothered with butter and cheese. On certain days they also make a Nicaraguan style carna asada. I never had it but if the amount of customer who ask for the dish is an indicator of how good it is, then it must be pretty good. People always are always asking about it.
