This one is pretty ok. They have parking. There usually isn’t too long of a line. The staff movies orders along quickly. The space was renovated not too long ago. The racks of goodies are usually plentiful. It’s clean. They do have a drive-​thru; though that can be kinda slow.
All in all, I like this Dunks, not my go to, but I have no issues stopping in for my caffeine fix.

They NEVER have chocolate chip muffins. And the people that work here are not very welcoming either. Oh and also I came here once with my friend for a midnight snack and the employee at the window I guess had nothing to do. Then he started hardcore flirting with me and decided to create his own drink and give it to me… weird to flirt at a dunkin donuts… Btw the drink wasn’t good at all lol

Not 24 hours??? went 2 days in a row before hitting the gym at 2 am and 3:30 am lights on but no one answered and i couldn’t see anyone inside.

I love DD! But I went there today and they gave me lattes with ROTTEN milk. It stunk up my car and place of business. Had to call headquarters because I literally almost through up after 1 sip… just CHECK your drink before leaving the store. I was so sad. I’m a huge coffee person and it ruined my morning. Still getting over it. It happens, sure, but the barista should’ve seen the milk was rotten and the latte smelled of nasty rotting milk before I did. Waiting for the store to contact me.
Only a couple of hours later Victor called me and we cleared up the issue.
I do love DD! Just check your drink, but still an awesome place.

I have received poor service the majority of my visits. One time I drove up to the drive thru and the staff was having a full conversation over the intercom system. Also, they never never stir your drinks (I order iced lattes). Lack of training and not hiring the right people.

If this wasn’t the only DD in the area I would not bother… THEY ARE SO RUDE!!! The costumer service is always terrible… Yes it has a Drive Thru but its always full because the are super SLOW… In the AM we are in a rush right? So last time I just decided to go inside instead of getting in line for the drive thru and it took SO long and there was just 1 person in front of me!!! The people are very discourteous and again rude!!!

I’ve been to this DD more times than I can count, and every experience so far has been great. Unlike other locations that make my coffee overly-​sweet, (even when I ask for less sugar) this place gets it right every time, Also, not to be a whiny gringa, but the fact that the staff here is fluent in English makes me gravitate to this particular store, too…
Overall, better donuts, better customer service, and better coffee than any other Dunkin in the surrounding area.

This is the best Dunkin ive been to so far. Its always clean and neat inside, never full, and big enough to just chill. The drive thru is a great option and they are quick and friendly. When i come here i know that my iced coffee is gonna be perfect! cuz in other dds its always a surprise.

I must be doing something right because the best Dunkin Donuts just opened up in my neighborhood! It has a drive-​thru, yes, I think there is only a handful here in Miami. I drive by, occasionally, to pick blueberry muffins. If you have experienced DD like I have, these muffins are the best of the lot. The sandwiches and the donuts are also great, and of course, the coffee. Borrowing Micky D’s slogan, «I’m Loving It!».

Has a drive thru! Good coffee.
