Two hours waiting !. I left that place before a doctor see me, my appoiment time 1:30 pm, i was waiting till 3:30 pm and them me fui !

Great staff, but waiting time is really long 2hrs and more if your not there when the doors open.

Doctor, doctor can’t you see I’m still hurting hurting. Yeah, a Thompson twins lyric from the 80’s that I’d listen on the school bus on the way to 4^th grade is a good way to introduce a doctor’s review…
I had an eye irritation and found Dr. Airala’s office by looking at my insurance company’s website and was thankful they were able to fit me in on short notice. The office looks well kept, the front desk staff is relatively pleasant (at least in Spanish), and the office is up to date with electronic medical records which come in useful if one needs a second opinion as might I.
A week later and almost done with the eye drops I still have some discomfort. I wasn’t completely satisfied with the doctor’s chair side manner as he was curt in answering questions. He also didn’t consider pills in addition to drops which one medical website says can be used.
