Stumbled across this place by chance. I was walking thru the Seybold building looking for an engagement ring for my fiancé. Tried a couple of other stores first and I didn’t feel comfortable with any of the sales people it felt like I was being pressured to buy there and then. Finally I met Nik and he really took his time to explain the different types of diamonds. There was no pressure to buy on the spot. After three return visits to the store I finally picked out a ring. They gave a certified receipt for the diamond and I got a great deal on the price.

Nik was a awesome. He was able to go above and beyond what we expected with our purchase. We came in to get a wedding band and instead were able to resize our ring, get it polished, get upgraded to platinum and get a great/​fair price. Thanks Nik.
