I dropped off over 40 albums containing over 8,000 pictures and hoped for the best. I got back a disk with everything beautifully scanned, organized exactly the way my albums were and done with extreme care. I went to scan my wedding pictures and the staff was extremely helpful. I was shocked when I got a call that same day saying my pictures were ready. The scanned images looked fantastic and their customer service is truly amazing!

Accompanied a friend to do some photo scanning services and digital back-​ups for an upcoming send away party in the office. Since DittoBee was just on our way back to the office, we decided to have a quick stop. We are welcomed by one of their staff and she was very nice and hospitable. We asked about their scanned services and was very happy to be of service to us. They provided us with their email and contact number so that we can communicate with them easily since we trusted them of the photos. It was such an easy and fun day dealing services with DittoBee.

Great company. Had some initial questions as was scanning several thousand pictures of different sizes and needed them sorted into folders with specific resolutions. Customer service replied right away and answered all my questions. Prices were excellent. I was near their office in Miami so was able to bring my pictures in without shipping which was a huge bonus. Scans were completed on time, looked great and put in folders as needed. Highly recommend and Jamie who responded to my email questions was very professional and everyone I emailed or talked to in person had a genuine interest in providing a great product and great customer service which is seldom seen these days. I was really impressed by DittoBee’s service.
I sent a bunch of old photos to be scanned so that I have have digital backups of them. Going through them was just a big undertaking; I had a tidal wave of memories in the process.
With that, I got a bit nervous sending these irreplaceable treasures to someone I don’t even know. One of DittoBee’s selling point to me is that the scans are done on premises and not shipped overseas like some other services. That made me feel a bit better. Even sending the photos across the country can have some risk, so I carefully packed them according to the instructions they provide. I took a few extra steps like bundling them so they don’t fold during shipping. I also put all the bundles in a big ziplock bag in case the package got wet – you know, just in case.
When the package arrived at DittoBee, I got a confirmation email letting me know it arrived safely. And when the scanning was done, I got a confirmation that it’s on its way back. The scans were great and saved me a ton of work. And you know what, they packed the picture in exactly the same way that I did it. So not only do they seem to care about them like I do, they also reuse the packaging and not be wasteful. It’s good all around.

I used this place for scanning several hundred pre digital photos. There were friendly and easy to access (via mail or in person). The staff did an excellent job in a timely manner and I was super thrilled to have these photos scanned. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a local high quality photo scanning service.

I just got back my DVD with 500 photo scans and it’s perfect. You can tell they really care about the work they do. I would highly recommend their service to scan all your photos.
