Horrible slow and rude service. Stereotypical Italian-American fare that you could easily find elsewhere, nothing to write home about. Small portions. Kitschy décor… never going back.

I’ll start by mentioning that I really wanted to like this place — it immediately reminded me of neighborhood pizza restaurants from my childhood in the 80’s, so there was a welcome element of nostalgia that made me feel at home. We walked in on a very busy Saturday night and were seated quickly by an attentive server. Unfortunately, the food quality ranged from average to terrible. My wife ordered a glass of chardonnay which tasted as though it had gone bad — totally unpalatable. We shared a brushcetta that tasted like chopped tomatoes on Texas Toast. For entrees, I had the Europa pizza and my wife ordered the gnocchi in pink sauce. The pizza wasn’t bad, but the crust had a flaccid quality that I wouldn’t have expected from a wood-fired oven. The gnocchi tasted like Chef Boyardee — not good. We had tiramisu for dessert, which was fine but certainly not good enough to justify the rest of the meal. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at any price point, but it doesn’t help that it is considerably more expensive than other area restaurants featuring home-style Italian fare. If you are in the mood for pizza and/or Italian food, I strongly suggest looking for alternative dining options.

Bottom line: terrible. Food came cold, server didn’t order the second main dish, then made an excuse, said they would take it off The bill if it was ready. It wasn’t, waited more, but they didn’t reduce the bill. Then our server was busy with a large party and the other male servers sat around texting. When I asked to please run the bill as she was clearly busy, the texting male told me it was her job and ignored me. Food was subpar, pizza was undercooked.

A regular for me a cut above average I judge basic Italian places by there red sauce because it usually goes on everything. There’s is good. Food portions large. You can share or take home. Good fountain Coke free refill I like fountain cokes often have without ice. Bad ice changes the flavor. I get the spaghetti with meat sauce a lot. Sometimes the veal The veal is average. When I’m hungry it’s better large portion. Veal at Ana Capri better

0STARS. Our service was overwhelmingly horrible to the point where our dining experience was completely ruined. Our waitress got an order wrong, did not refill our glasses of water, and took three trips to bring us lemon slices. Which all in all is not completely horrible but when the bill was brought we were greatly unconvinced by her inability to properly split a check. On top of that she purposely charged us for a full sized item when we specifically ordered it as a side and when questioned about it she shrugged her shoulders said okay and walked away. Her manager was not much of a help either as they just pointed out that they don’t offer the item as a side and their menu has been the same for years(this was our first time here) and said that we should have said something(which we had). After everything we still tipped 10% of our bill $ 17 on our $ 165 check only to come home and realize that a 18% tip had already been included EVENTHOUGHTHEREWAS A SUGGESTEDTIPSECTION. They made an addition $ 40 on our horrible dining experience.

The food at this location is good no complaints as far as that goes. The service however was horrible. Our waitress was very rude and would pass by on occasion. The wait simply to order was long and even longer to get the food. A pleasant night out for the family was overshadowed by the horrible service we received. It was our first visit to this establishment and quite frankly it will be out last. Service goes hand in hand with a good meal. The worst part of all this was the managements lack of noticing or responding to the rudeness this lady walked around with. They are better off making this place a pick up only location so you don’t have to speak or talk to the staff.

Best garlic rolls in this area! Actual garlic used and great with Parmesan cheese! Fettuccini Alfredo was fantastic.

Came here for the first time and tried the pizza… delicious! I had a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. My wife had the Nona Maria and she liked it. Update– I came for my second visit with friends and ordered the Salerno Pizza and it was great!!! I will be coming back for more.

I went here to meet my sister for dinner. I was hesitant because my last experience was horrible! The service was unbelievably rude!!! We ended in an argument. My server ignored me. When I tried to ask someone else for my check, I got«it’s my table». Wrong answer. Well this time was better. Although our waiter took awhile to even acknowledge us. When he did, he was attentive. I had the large pizza with garlic and onion. It was very tasty, came out hot. Overall satisfied with quality of food, but I believe it’s overpriced. We had house wine, $ 8 a glass?! Seriously??? They charged me $ 3 extra dollars for my toppings. Come on!!! It’s not like you had to go out of your way to make something different. I can go to Sals, for same quality pizza and get 2 for 1 wine. Give your customers more specials. I’ll come back, though.
