Not bad. Owner is nice, they are sometimes a little slow but other than that what you would expect from a DQ.

Love the Oreo Dairy Queen’s Blizzard. This particular location is dingy and unkept but the ice cream is authentic and delicious.

Classic Dairy Queen… Blizzards are perfectly done. Not the best waffle bowl around, but it satisfies the sweet tooth!

This place is great. Remember coming here as a kid. This place is clean and kept nice. I come in here once a week for a blizzard with my girlfriend and couldn’t be happier. Unfortunately the midnight truffle is discontinued but I’ll find a new favorite blizzard. Blizzard is made well every time.

Not quite up to par Dairy Queen. Needs a facelift seems like something from the 50’s so if your nostalgic you might like it. Think I’ll pass.

This DQ has been in the neighborhood FOREVER. Yes, some of the signs are still from the early 90s, and I’ve been there during ant infestations during the rainy season, and the place is sometimes treated as a dump by some customers. But this place still packs a line with Cold Stone, Marble Slab, and countless other ice cream places around the corner and not as busy. This isn’t a full size DQ, so those of you used to the restaurant-style further north, this isn’t it. They do sell hot dogs and some other fried treats, but for the most part you come here for a $ 5 Blizzard. My family and friends have been coming here for years as it’s close, cheap, and relatively quick.

the other night we stopped here on a whim with a sweet craving, we figured we couldnt go wrong with a dairy queen… wrong. we ordered from the girl who wasnt overly friendly but i assumed it was a language barrier and let it slide. i asked for an oreo blizzard with hot fudge, she asked mixed in or on top? i said mixed in. she put one small squirt of hot fudge. when i got the blizzard the ice cream still looked vanilla. so i asked for more hot fudge. i got another small squirt on top not mixed in. ugh. then when i tasted it, something was off, not sure if the cookies were stale or imitation oreos or if the ice cream was just old, but this blizzard was not very enjoyable. i still ate it, bc i wasnt about to throw out 5 bucks(and i had a serious need for sweets) but it just wasnt good.

We stopped here the other night for some Dairy Queen ice cream deliciousness and were not disappointed. My mint Oreo Blizzard was great and my wife’s hot fudge sundae was equally so. Sure the place wasn’t super new and nice and could have stood for some good cleaning but the ice cream was unaffected. I’d go back here again.

This was great when I was a kid. I hope you noticed I kept that statement past tense.) Now it is dirty, out of date, the employees are rude and slow. Pretty much what you don’t want to deal with when getting something that is supposed to be a treat. To be fair there is one good thing, they have drawings from elementary schools on the walls; but that is really the only thing they have going for them. If you want a shake, get some ice cream and go home to your blender.

They are okay. I don’t really care for their soft serve too much, but when you load enough stuff on it, then the overall desert can taste really good. Again, like cold stone, what makes the difference is the add-ons aren’t frozen, but room temperature, so you get the full flavor of what you are adding on. Unlike Cold Stone, there aren’t as many options to add on, and the base soft serve ice cream kinda sucks. The blizzards are good. This location is cute, because there is always local school children’s artwork on the walls. As if treating yourself to ice cream doesn’t make you feel childlike enough.
