Czar International Hair Salon

I was in search of a nail salon and stumbled upon this one while walking around Bayside mall. I probably wouldn’t seek this place out, but since it was convenient and they had an opening, I decided to try it. The cost was a little higher than I expected for a basic pedicure, $ 35. I prefer the nail salon mills that offer fast and great service at cheap prices.
I sat in a EuroTouch massage chair with a foot tub. However, the massage part didn’t work and they didn’t use the tub part. They put a portable foot spa tub inside the chair’s tub– odd. Another red flag was that I couldn’t see how or where they sterilized the nail tools. The place was worn out. I couldn’t tell if the floor/​furniture was dirty or just old. In the end, the tech was quiet and pleasant during the service and my nails look great. I just probably won’t go back.
