Cvs Pharmacy

I love CVS, and this one is right by my house. but I’m scared to go back.
I’m a regular for CVS. I love shopping their ads, I used to be a couponer (no time for that anymore), and I love their ExtraBucks rewards program.
The last time I went here, I went specifically because of their Ad, knew exactly what I was purchasing and how many ExtraBucks I would get back… When I went to check out, I did, and the woman, rather than giving me my Extrabucks, secretly tore my receipt on the back of the counter and only gave me the top half… She messed with the wrong person, because I knew what she did! I was like «excuse me, but where’s the rest of my receipt?» And she was like «huh? You’re receipt is there» and I’m like «not the Extrabucks portion that you just ripped off». And she’s like «uhh. oh you wanted that?» And I’m like «yeah. Give me my Extra Bucks!» She was like «k… Oh, but here you need this new card in order to use them». I’m like «what? Why didn’t you put it on my card?» Ugh, took it and left. Not worth arguing with her when it’s already done. So… she not only tried to steal my Extrabucks, but created a new rewards acct rather than putting my purchase on my existing one, and was trying to keep the EBs and card for herself. so my purchase didn’t go towards my Beauty purchase Extrabucks points, so I still lost out there. Un-​flipping-​believable. How many times has she gotten away with that I wonder?
I’ve been meaning to call CVS and complain about her. I kept the receipt and was hoping it had an ID number for her on there.
If you plan to shop here. Beware the crazy thief behind the counter. If you’re lucky, she’s already been caught and fired. If I wasn’t in a rush and wasn’t so angry I would have thought to take her picture and info down (her name tag was hidden. So I could tell she was wearing one but couldn’t see any of the letters on it. She probably does that on purpose).
