I just had THEWORST experience at my local CVS pharmacy! Only in Miami do I have to experience the audacity of some little punk from a third world country come and talk down to a customer in way that I have witnessed today! A pharmacy manager talking down to a Latino customer telling him«in America we need prescription written from an actual Doctor!»(As he gestures as if he was writing, holding a pen) saying this repeatedly to a couple that ever so patiently just looked at him baffled with his words. He was denying him his prescription! In America!!! To make a long story short, when it was my turn, and he was denying me my sons prescription due to HIS clerical error, this Latina went all NY on his ass and gave him a piece of my mind. He had the nerve to tell me(in s heavy middle eastern accent, btw) «go back to wherever you came from too!» NY mothaf*****?! Where the hell did YOU come from cuz last I checked, this is my country! And you know how we do in America? We file formal complaints to the corporate offices you work for and look for any means to make sure your ass gets fired and not qualify for that unemployment check! Tomorrow first thing I’m speaking to the store manager and calling the corporate offices and writing reviews all over social media! That’s how we do in Amurkuh!!!

It was extremely disappointing going into the CVS«Health» store location: 3672 today. The pharmacy is completely understaffed with only ONE person(pharmacist) attending to ALL duties(both clerical and pharmaceutical), having a line with 10+ people waiting to be attended. Creating a bigger margin for medical errors, when he has a license to protect. Under extreme stress, the pharmacist, Mr. Sheldon, has EXCELLENT customer service skills, and took his time attending each individual’s needs. Unfortunately, no one working was able to help him because they weren’t «qualified». Also, this pharmacy location should invest in extermination after seeing a HUGEROACH on the pharmacy’s carpet floor, which I’m sure is breaking a health code violation. So sad seeing CVS«health» talking about having a new face for their company when they should be working on bigger problems from within.
