Well so much for this alleged ²⁴⁄₇ service. You call the number and it goes directly to voicemail, which is full and a message cannot be left. No surprise there. This appears to fall nothing short of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

Where do I begin? I guess it is partially my fault that I was swindled by this charlatan because the signs were all there. It took him a week to actually show up to my house only after having called him 5 times to «remind» him to show up to his appointment. I should have stopped there but his claim of a flat $ 400 fee kept me interested.
When he finally showed up he was the picture of Cirrhosis. Completely unprofessional attire, unkempt and driving his mustang. There were no company trucks, no uniforms and no cages to trap whatever atrocity was doing a frightening rendition of Stomp in my attic. He assured us that these were rats in our attic and that he used a combination of sunflower seeds laced with Talon to get rid of them so that he did not have to trap them. We assumed he knew what he was talking about and allowed him to climb up into the attic and spread the sunflower seeds.
We paid him the money up front because he claimed that he was late on child support payments and we felt sorry for him. Still, we thought he’d be a man of his word and take us into consideration seeing as we too have a child. Nope! We had to hound him for weeks for a follow up and when he finally picked up the phone he told us that he was at Burning Man in Nevada and that he would not be back for another week.
Throughout the weeks we continued to hear stomping noises coming from the attic and continued to call him to no avail. The man is a swindler who hustled us out of our hard earned money!
I wish I could give this guy no stars. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

This guy is a phony. Promised to catch a red fox of ½ money back. Never caught the «critter» and never refunded anything. If you want to do business with someone who keeps his word, this is NOT the guy.
