Crazy About You

Amazing food! I decided to go here because I had already gone to love is blind and really enjoyed myself. Starting off I absolutely love their cups (wine bottles cut in half) and the delicious bread to start with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I order the Croquetas and the calamari pizza. I love the croquetas … For my entrée I ordered the BBQ ribs and my husband ordered the churrasco. DELISH! The BBQ ribs came with gloves so that you don’t dirty your fingers while eating. I absolutely loved that. For dessert we had the message in a bottle. You decorate your plate using ingredients and then you write a quote and place it in a bottle. (at the end of the month they select someone to get a free dinner for two)

Crazy About You! NICE! The outside seating is PERFECT! The waitress was patience and not to overbearing. (You know how some waiters over-​do-​it with checking on the table?!? Or it takes forever to get napkins but they run over to collect the check!) Not here! The atmosphere inside is entertaining yet soothing. A great comfy place for happy hour! The view is spectacular, just the right amount of sun through a shade tree and a short pathway, next to the water, for a stroll after the meal was a nice touch to topping off our lunch! I took my husband for his bday; he was happy and so was I. A huge bottle of Listerine is in the restroom to pump into mini cups! FRESH MOUTH for a kiss from the hubby.

A very unique dining experience. Luxury without the price tag.

— host stand hidden behind bar
— too many servers standing around one area blocking path to table and bathroom
— limited bathrooms
— dessert was a little overpriced but fun to put together
— a little noisy to be considered romantic
Overall we had a great time. This would be a nice place even on a budget.

Juggling living in Brickell, having a social life in Brickell and staying on a budget is definitely an interesting game, so I’m becoming familiar with the different options available. Crazy About You’s Happy Hour on Wednesdays is wonderful! It gets super packed (unless it’s a rainy day), so I suggest going early, and I always suggest a seat by the outside bar — or wherever Shira is bartending. I’ve seen her handle large groups with lots of difficult personalities and smaller, more intimate groups, and she is a GEM.
The food is also delicious. The Kobe sliders are always really good and the fries that come with are AMAZING. I also suggest the croquettes for anyone who likes old, Cuban-​style béchamel croquettas. The tuna tacos are also wonderful; I love seared tuna over cabbage slaw and they are actually the perfect portion for a full meal.
You’ll be seeing my face there pretty regularly!

This place is very romantic with great View of the bay. The staff provided excellent customer service with attention to detail. Chicken and waffles were extraordinary. We went on a colder than usual day in Miami, high 60s, and were pleased that they had heaters in the outdoor eating area as well as blankets on every chair! Our waiter, Bryan, was very attentive, and head manager, Sergio, really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

NOT Crazy About You! We went to have appetizers and drinks on the patio and we were told that we HAD to order dinner in order to get a table, our only option was to sit at the bar, four adults and a 4 year old to sit at the bar? What makes it worse is that the place was EMPTY, only 3 tables were being used outside on the patio, I feel I was discriminated because I had my daughter in a carriage, my first and last time going to this place! The hostess Corina was rude and obnoxious, NEVER AGAIN! The only reason I put one star is because Unilocal required it. Otherwise, it’s not deserved.

Delicious! Small menu for brunch but very tasty and big portion, couldn’t finish my shrimp and grits (which by the way were extremely delicious, not over powering). Sat by the water outside, highly recommended! Mimosas were refreshing and excellent service that came with them, always nice to have great customer service where its a rare. Will come back and try the full menu next time, excellent place to have a date or girl time :)

I was in charge of planning the office holiday party and this was a place that kept coming up in my searches. The event planner… eh, wasn’t as helpful as I would have hoped, but the night went off without a hitch! When we arrived we all waited patiently in the bar area and ordered a drink while the table was finished being set up. Their signature cocktails are great and they have a full abr for your choosing as well.
Our area was semi-​private as advertised where we weren’t completely secluded from the happenings of the restaurant but we were tucked back in an area where we were free to be as loud as we wanted (we’re loud). It was a pre-​selected menu that we submitted prior to the evening and everything was absolutely delicious!!! The timing of the meal was spaced out perfectly. And it was so much food! I could barely try everything that came out. Some highlights:
**Calamari flatbread — BOMB. spicy, crunchy, savory.
**Croquettas — I could have eaten 50 of these little things!
**Faux Risotto w/​shrimp & mushrooms — delicious. great texture and very flavorful
**SHORT RIB — holy tender. you could cut this with the dull end of your fork. very very tasty.
We ended up staying after dinner was over to enjoy some drinks on the terrace — WHAT A VIEW! Although it was nighttime you could still enjoy the beautiful Miami skyline. All in all it was a great night!

Let me tell you about this place. AMAZING. The restaurent was so busy at night we waited around 30 minutes to get a table outside by the water. The view is marvelous. They offered complimentary «oily flavored» bread that was good. I got the Caesar salad for apetizers, the representation was really good. The server mixes it up for you. For entrees, I got the Angus Grilled Churrasco that was delicious. It came with a side of fries too. The meat melted in my mouth. I left the restaurent full and comfortable. I am visiting from San Francisco and will do my best to come here again.

It was like night & day. My previous visit here didn’t go so well but I was invited to give Crazy About You another shot & I’m delighted my family & I made the 40 min drive back because tonight’s visit was PHENOMENAL!!!
We came back Monday night after learning how packed the restaurant gets Wednesday night’s (half off appetizers at the bar). Walking in this second time you could really appreciate the rustic décor & the giant gummy bear statues located throughout the restaurant.
Upon arriving we were immediately seated at a corner table against the wall (long cushion seats across from regular chairs) Rudiel was our waiter this evening & he went above & beyond for us, along with Sergio the Senior Manager.
Rudiel & staff promptly brought us water for the table & fresh lightly toast heavenly slices of bread with olive oil & balsamic vinaigrette. Compared to my last visit, I knew tonight would be completely different.
For my appetizer I ordered the Serrano Ham Croquettes. These bite size morsels are AMAZING!!! Fried to order, they come out of the kitchen warm & crispy. Inside they’re not your regular ham croquettes though… I would describe it as if a mozzarella stick & a ham croquette had a baby, this would be their baby (I don’t think it was mozzarella since it was so smooth & creamy, but you get the picture)
For my entrée I ordered the BBQ Baby Back ribs with the shoe string fries. Even though menu advertises them as «fall off the bone» they don’t really, BUT they are PACKED with flavor! The meat isn’t rough & after putting on the plastic gloves that come with the ribs, tearing them apart is more than just a fun, it’s a privilege. They have a sweet, tangy, slightly spicy bbq glaze over them that just make your mouth water, a real blessing of an entrée! (highly recommended)
For dessert, Rudiel brought us the Eiffel Tower… Which is the first time I’ve ever seen such an ingenious menu presentation. I loved that you have 3 choices, it’s like they know what works & make it easy for their guests. Tonight we ordered the Message In a Bottle. This is a DIY brownie a la mode concoction that makes dessert fun again. My 12 year old cousin & I build this safe haven of chocolate goodness nestled between fresh strawberries & whipped cream, heavily assaulted with chocolate syrup. This dessert is a dream.

Highly recommended! Just keep in mind Wednesday’s have heavy foot traffic because of the specials, but besides that it’s a definite MUST!!!

Was there with a party of 10 celebrating a birthday. The drinks and food were all very good. Our waitress was overwhelmed and had to walk away to kind of «regroup». I wish asking guests «is this your first time»? Would be standard. Our entire party was new to the restaurant so we took a bit to go over the menu and discuss appetizers. Are they large apps you would want to share? Would they recommend 3 to 4 appetizers for the table ?? Tell us which are the most popular items… etc. Nothing was recommended. We just watched her become overwhelmed, walk away: I guess to count to 10 then come back. Even though it was s busy evening our order came on a timely manner. I’m sure we will return but with a smaller group next time.

I think I had a case of «It’s not me, it’s you», and given the restaurant name, I feel it’s a story of unrequited love. I enjoyed the service, the location, the ambiance, the idea of forcing people to forget about their phones, dropping them on a wooden box to enforce the principle. The food, alas, was not up to snuff. Decent appetizers (the charcuterie was tasty, but not diverse enough), questionable first course. The risotto was puzzling, it was not a risotto, and the mix of ingredients was bold, but not in a balanced manner. The beef dish was too darn dry, which is unsurprising since they didn’t ask us how we wanted it. Dessert was alright, supposedly not a F?#$ing cheescake (quoting from the menu), but to be fair, it really was a cheesecake, deconstructed into a different mix. Sooo, really a cheesecake.
I’m not one to bash the food for no reason, but this time around the great ambiance was not enough to offset the culinary experience, and I don’t necessary feel like I’d give it another shot. Sorry I wasn’t as crazy about you.

Great staff, shira is nice. We didn’t eat here but the drinks are reasonably priced. On Wednesdays ½ off appetizers all
Day & $ 2 champagnes all day!

I was kindly and graciously invited back to dine here by, Karlene the GM, and it truly was a great experience. The bathroom was super clean and the service was great. I had the risotto again– it was excellent. I will be returning. Thank you, Karlene.
Here’s a hint of what your experience may be like. Terrible service, mediocre food and disgusting bathrooms. I actually went to the bathroom on my way out, had I have gone before dining I would have left immediately! Aside from all of that, the menu is super confusing; Asian, Italian, American, Mexican and Spanish. The only thing they have going for them is the outdoor seating /​view and the Risotto. The Risotto was excellent, and I was w an Italian. I won’t go back until they have an owner who takes pride in their business.

One of my favorites. This place is great for date night but it’s also jut as good for a night out for dinner and drinks with the girls. The food is always great and the drinks are always flowing.
The Serrano ham & cheese croquettas are bomb, the gnocchi is always killer, and the steaks are always cooked to perfection and served with tasty sides. They also have cool low carb options like zucchini carbonara or cauliflower rice. If you’re looking for a more low cal meal those are available as well. This makes for a great option for when you have been working your ass off in the gym and don’t want to kill it just bc you wanted to have a night out with your boo or your girls.

Came here last year for my birthday. I had always wanted to try it because of the pictures I’d seen online. Plus I had visited Lolitas & fell in love so I wanted to fall in love all over again.
Ambiance: The location of the restaurant is great. It’s right by the water. Very romantic & has a similar concept as Lolitas. I love the writing on the bathroom mirrors.
Food: The food is similar to what they have at lolitas. Once again I had the croquettes, which I proclaim once again are the best Ive ever had! For my entrée I had some pasta dish I can’t remember the exact name but it was also very good.
Service: They won’t seat you until your entire party is there even with a reservation, which I have always found to be annoying when restaurants do that. So once my entire group got there we ended up waiting almost 30 mins to be seated. Our server was ok he didn’t seem to know much english though. He did give me a free dessert for my birthday, which was a plus.
I would deff return to this place for a date night. Its a perfect place to go if you dont want to break the bank but still have a very romantic night out.

Crazy about you is allllll about passion, with that being said its a great place for dates !!!
They have a nice wooden box in the center of the table to place your cellphones… Which to me is a great idea since me and my hubby are believers of no cellphones while having dinner.
The view is amazingly beautiful, and who doesn’t appreciate dining with a view ?
They have a rather large wine selection, and off course a full bar :)

EVERY ENTREE COMES WITH AN APPETIZER! So that’s a good thing, you get your own personal appetizer while waiting on your food !!
I got the chihuahua cheese one, which is suggest, I am so obsessed with it !! I come here mostly for this!!!
My husb got the Caesar salad but he was extremely jealous of mine !! His was just a regular salad. But it did come in a cute mason jar.
And then we then both got the churrascos with mash potatoes which was delicious in my opinions and was served in a very good portion !!

the only thing Is. If you go on a busy day make sure you wait for an outside table! Inside it’s ridiculously loud and you literally WILL get a headache !!!

Me encanta! La comida! El servicio! La vista! Outside es el mejor ambiente para disfrutar todo! El Mojito es increíble y tienen muy buenos precios! Definitivamente es uno de mis favoritos y lo recomiendo cien por ciento!

Gorgeous waterfront view, excellent excellent service, beautiful presentation. Caesar salad is served in a jar, shaken and then put on a large plate. Very creative. Good taste.
Flat bread is good but needs to be a little more crispy. Gnocchi is very good. Salmon was ok. Cappuccino flan one of the best we ever had. Overall great place to go for a fun night but no to expect gourmet or foodie type of food. Prices are way too cheap for a location and service.

Crazy About You is one of my favorite restaurant in Miami. For me, the service has always been great, the food is always great, I love the décor, and oh yeah, the view.
I love the way the bar slash seating area is decorated. Dark walls light colored accents. Those big gummy bears and photos of Marilyn Monroe and Liz Taylor. That glass enclosed library of liquor. It’s kind of have a modern mancave feel to it without feeling too masculine. The dining area is very Miami in its white, kind of pristine look and of course, the back patio which looks out into the bay.
The food has always been great. Each meal comes with a free appetizer. I don’t know about you, but I love free stuff. Oh, and their complimentary bread sticks with vinegar and oil are pretty bomb. Yea, I said, «bomb».
The calamari pizza with the peppers is my go-​to app. It’s big but not too filling and the calamari is always fresh.
The meals are great. I’ve had the zucchini pasta and I’ve tried short ribs. Both were amazing. The dishes don’t always look big, but their definitely filling.
I keep reading reviews about the service being kind of meh, but I haven’t had a bad experience yet. And no, I’m not letting them slide because they are in Miami and I should expect mediocrity, it’s always been well above my general expectations for any dining experience.
I’ve taken out of town friends here, I’ve celebrated birthdays here and I’ve just gone here just to go and have a good meal, and oh yeah, I’ve gone here for the view too.

I’m crazy about Crazy About You!
The best things about this restaurant are the unique presentation and the view. This place is great both for lunch and happy hour/​dinner. I love sitting outside with the bay breeze and overlooking Brickell Key. The people watching is also great.
The food is a mix between Italian/​Mediterranean/​American. Overall the food is pretty good, not amazingly life changing, but good. The best part is the presentation they give for the desserts. The dessert menu is a miniature windmill, firstly. Then they have a brownie dessert on the menu that you can make your self and at the end they give you a piece of paper to write a quote on to be entered into a rally for a free meal.
Great spot for a special lunch or happy hour!

Estuve anoche en la cena en este restaurant con mi familia y es un fabuloso lugar tiene todo lo necesario para ser lo mejor, buen ambiente, buen servicio y lo mejor una exquisita comida a un moderado precio.

Muy bueno el sitio, la atención es muy buena y los platos riquissssimos!
Les recomiendo el rissotto con mariscos trufados.
