Corporate Caterers

We are a long time loyal customer and we had an event this morning that you guys were catering and we did not receive the amount we ordered, resulting in running out of food and having to turn staff away empty handed. Exp: we ordered Yogurt for 50 people and we confirmed we received Yogurt for 30 people instead.
When we contacted your office we spoke to «Tamara» who was not only RUDE but the only solution she offered was to send some snacks next week or next year. Given the fact many of our staff will be out next week that was not a solution. We have spent year to date over $ 6K and are shocked we were treated this way. Its unfortunate but after this experience, The University of Miami, Medley office we will be taking our business else wear.

I had a very large order to place for my office and I was very pleased with this company. Everyone at my job was kind of disappointment that I didn’t order from a restaurant close to my work but they sang praises of how delicious the steak and chicken combo lunch was after eating from corporate caterers. In a couple months we will be doing another catered lunch meeting and if I get the same food budget I will order again!

Wow, I must say I am impressed with Corporate Caterers. Our office catered a lunch meeting today and we were all very impressed and happy with the meal. While I cannot speak for everything they make, I can attest to the quality and flavor of our delivered food. We ordered a platter of chicken and steak wraps, a Greek salad, chips, and cookies. Delivery was swift.
The steak and chicken wraps were packed to the brim with chunks of meat (or chicken, depending on your choice), peppers, and onions, and well-​seasoned (I cannot tell what sauce they may have used). Everyone loved them. The wraps could barely stay closed because they were so packed, which is unusual anywhere that serves wraps! They literally flew, everyone wanted seconds.
The Greek salad was delicious, it had chunks of tomato, onion, cucumber, and feta. Plenty of people went back for seconds, including myself ;) It could have used some Greek olives but oh well, not everyone likes olives.
The chips consisted of banana chips and other healthy chips like red and purple chips, not your standard Ruffles or other greasy stuff. Definitely health-​conscious chips.
The cookies were nothing to write home about, I prefer chunky, chewy cookies than hard, crumbling ones, so that is why I didn’t give 5 stars. They included a few Hershey’s kisses, I guess for Valentine’s? It wasn’t stellar.
I have no idea about the cost of the whole meal, but the office manager said it was very inexpensive (we got enough food for 15 people), so he was very satisfied to hear that we all loved the meal he catered and it didn’t even cost corporate very much. And no one so far has gotten sick to their stomach like one of the other reviewers did, and that is considering that everyone ate everything on their plates. I hope we cater from here next time, I much prefer it to the typical boring turkey sandwich or ham sandwich that is bland and barely has flavor.

I must say I the food quality is excellent and well presented. I had the opportunity to try their food and see their set up while attending and acquiring my designation for the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing at the Miami Board of Realtors. The food was excellent, good quality. The first day we enjoyed a unique chicken Apple curry salad mix on top of a bed of lettuce or pita w/​plantain chips. Delicious. The following day was a baked chicken w/​cilantro sauce in top. Just a bit on the dry side but delicious nonetheless. Brocolli and cauliflower was just the right amount of tenderness. I would defintely use them for my next catering event or open house and I recommend them to anyone needing to cater a corporate or private event. They were efficient, on time and the food was good.
