Color Head

This was an incredible experience, customer service at its finest. I had a color and cut from Andrea, who is adorable and so very sweet. I initially wanted to simply even the color of my hair out, but upon her suggestion, I got a full head of highlights. After a few hours of work (I have a lot of hair), and after she had called another client who was able to reschedule in order to get more time, I walked out looking b-​e-​a-​utiful. Like, as in, the best hair I have ever had. This is absolutely, without a doubt, the best service I have ever received in a salon. Andrea’s motto is that she is here to «care for your hair», which is an approach that I rarely hear from colorists and stylists. How refreshing! She even gave me a complimentary keratin treatment, which I needed badly. This is a full-​service salon that is reasonably priced, and I will be here for every single one of my salon needs for the foreseeable future, and I am so happy about that.

I had a haircut from Angela, she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Haircuts are reasonably priced at $ 30 (w/​out blow dry) which is really good for Miami. I think it is $ 50 if you want it dried. My hair is now a little shorter than I had wanted, but that is my only complaint. It will grow :) Everyone seemed very friendly in the salon and the salon seemed to offer a variety of reasonably priced services. They offered me coffee and cake when I arrived.
