I usually eat from this location about 4 times a month because it’s about a block away from my office. The parking is terrible and the line is usually longer than it should be for being a «fast food» restaurant, but the food is usually good so I take the good with the bad! The food is usually very good, however, a couple of months ago I go sick from the food. I always get the same thing, salad with chicken, beans, pico, sour cream, cheese and quac. That night was awful… I got so sick… stomach pains, vomiting, and terrible headaches. After that, for about 2 weeks, I could barely stomach anything besides water, soda crackers and bland chicken. Since I love Chipotle, I gave it another shot several months later and all went well. Today I decided to get lunch from there as well. The line was surprisingly short which was great. When it was my turn and as I was about to order my salad, I looked at the lettuce and noticed a lot of it was old, wilted and a yucky brown color. I asked the girl for fresh lettuce and she said that’s their lettuce. I asked her if she had looked at the lettuce and told her that most of it looked bad. I should have walked out then. It’s a problem when the people working there don’t see those things as problems.(What else are they overlooking???) After much hesitation on her part she went to the back to get me fresh lettuce, briefly should it to me and I continued ordering my toppings. As I sit at my desk eating the salad, I’m noticing old, wilted, brown, bad lettuce in my salad. Not acceptable. I wonder if the girl serving me would have eaten a salad made with that lettuce?!? Probably not! Mine went straight to the garbage!!!

I would normally give Chipotle 5 stars, but this location barely deserves one star. It is slow and disorganized.

Today this Chipotle was on point. We found parking, the line was fast and the food great. Plus Tatiana the cashier came to my burrito’s rescue with a bag of chips after it imploded from too much salsa.

The huge E coli out break has just hit 6 different states. This is not a produce problem this is a food handling problem. The children this company has running most of their locations are under trained and over worked. I don’t blame the kids I blame the fat cats at the top. Don’t even think for a minute this danger is over not even close. First they have a Norovirus outbreak and now E coli these things always happen in 3s.

1 star is being overly generous for this place. If I could give it negative stars, that would be more appropriate. I had the single worst eating experience of my life at this Chipotle location(this is not an exaggeration) which has sworn me off eating at any Chipotle location ever again. I stopped by to eat dinner last Sunday after running errands in the area, and had a steak bowl with brown rice. All seemed well until I was struck down with the most serious case of food poisoning I’ve ever had 2 hours later. I’m going to spare everyone the gory details here, but suffice it to say it was BAD. I had to miss work, and 3 days later I saw no improvement in my condition, so I made an appointment to see my doctor. His conclusion was that I suffered a bacterial infection from the food poisoning and he put me on antibiotics. It’s now 10DAYS since I ate at Chipotle, and I’ve seen only a slight improvement. I went for a second visit to my Doctor today, who decided that based on the duration of my symptoms it must have been an E. coli infection. I’m now on antibiotics so strong that if you drink alcohol while on them, you can suffer seizures. Seriously. When I reported my case to Chipotle HQ, they had someone give me a call to ask questions. While she was apologetic that this was happening to me, she was also pretty dismissive. She told me that no one else had reported getting sick at this location. So basically, she was insinuating that they didn’t cause this, which is laughable. They didn’t even offer to refund the 12 bucks I paid for the pleasure of enduring 2 weeks with antibiotics as my best friend. Now you might say to yourself that this has to be an isolated event, no way this could happen there to someone else. GUESSAGAIN! A friend of mine got food poisoning at this same location 2 days after I did! Do yourself a favor and DONOTEATHERE. This place is a cesspool. Trust me, it’s not worth the risk. Your stomach lining will thank you. You don’t want to go through what I’ve endured the last 2 weeks. Worst of all, Halloween(one of my fav holidays of all time) is this Saturday, and I’ll be enjoying it from my couch. Thanks for nothing, Chipotle!

Chipotle is BAE. Yes, guac is extra.(Unless you get the veggie bowl!) Parking does suck, but I can’t think of any way they could fix it. I tend to park a few steps away and just plan to walk off some of my burrito-bowl-calories.

I kid you not, I eat Chipotle multiple times per week and I am truly obsessed. However, as many Unilocalers have stated below, this Chipotle is a hot mess and something needs to be done. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because this food is like gold to me. **ONLINEORDERERSBEWARE!!** This location ALWAYS has an outage and NEVER informs. Even when the order is made after I arrive, they fail to inform me until after I have rendered payment. Last week the cashier hands me my order(after waiting 20 mins AND paying) and says, «By the way, were out of this and this — since yesterday. Enjoy.» How could this be considered acceptable? On top of this disappointing service, they did not add guac(which they did have) to EITHER of my orders when we had also paid extra. I love Chipotle and this location is a minute from my house and my job, but after several consecutive bad experiences it seems I will have to trek to Kendall to get my Chipotle fix until this issue is resolved.

Hate to be that person, but seriously had to take 5 minutes and write about the online ordering service at this particular Chipotle. First, we’re huge fans of Chipotle. Love the food, taste is always awesome and this particular store is usually quick in preparing the food(either in-store or for pick-up). The issue that we’ve been having is that whenever we place an online order, they’re always missing 1 – 3 toppings from the complete meal and we don’t notice until we’re finally reaching home. Now, I TOTALLY get if they’re swamped and backed up on orders, an item or 2 is bound to be missing sometimes, but it can’t be all the time. There was a sign that there was a «bean outage» but no one cared to either call us to ask(yes, they can call, thats why we leave our phone#‘s in the first place) or even mentioned it to us when we picked up the meals. Not to mention it was barely full in store so really I’m not seeing what the excuse is. We really don’t want to stop coming here given that it’s close to our home, but with this recent trend we really don’t have a choice but have to ask them to open the bowl and show us that everything’s there(I mean, no one wants to get something(or miss something) they didn’t order right?) Online orderers/pick uppers beware! Be sure to check your orders before leaving the store!

On principle, Chipotle gets 3 – 4 stars from me. I come to this location in question all the time and brighten my day/night with a hearty steak burrito bowl. People complain about the parking, but I treat it as a fun mental challenge where I practice being extremely patient. Same goes for the lines. Sad note — I used a BOGO coupon the other day and my Chipotle bag broke in my apartment lobby, spilling all the goodness onto the ceramic floor. Be careful with the Chipotle paper bags if you’re getting food with a lot of sauce, as the bags can get wet and rip.(Even with this mishap in our relationship, I still love Chipotle.)

What an awful experience. by far the worst chipotle in the area. They consistently get your order wrong for pick up. They Can’t even follow online instructions. The manager is Completely unhelpful and provides the same terrible customer service as the rest of the employees. Avoid the frustration and go somewhere else.

For the rude short cashier girl with the pony tail who wears crocs I believe, you lack basic customer service skills and have a slick mouth and really bad attitude. Only reason I paid for my food and didn’t throw it across your face is because I was starving. You were disrespectful to my friend as well and I’m glad you walked away and realized you needed to get out of my face in .5 seconds. Never coming back after this kind of treatment and if I do I pray she’s gone. No one should have this experience. Especially not the regulars like myself who love to eat here and help keep your store afloat with our business. 3 stars because I like the food and parking is a nightmare, you were all warned.

I’ve been to this Chipotle only twice and it’s always the same issue. First issue, the parking is horrible. It’s bad enough that you can hardly find parking in the Gables but here it’s the worst. Second issue, there is always a long line no matter if you’re order in or getting an take-out order. Also, I don’t know if it’s just me but I had a burrito and it was a complete mess! Everything was falling apart and it was my first time have a burrito from Chipotle. Now I know why I always order a bowl instead. The food has never been bad for the times I’ve come so that’s a plus!

I can’t help my addiction to Chipotle. It’s like a small buzzer inside me goes off every couple weeks that I’m in need of their burrito bowl. You can’t go wrong with the burrito bowl and all of the delicious ingredients that go in it. I highly recommend it as the best menu item and you get by far much more food than if you ordered a burrito or tacos. The chicken is my favorite, but barbacoa is pretty good too and has a minor spicy kick. The guacamole is a must as a topper. Sure, it’s a couple bucks extra but I think it’s well worth it. Enjoy!

This spot is under my new work building(yes i know!). The line for lunch is super long, but if you are smart and plan ahead, you can order online and it will be ready by the time you get there. Their flavors are always fresh, their prices are on the hide side but this aint your regular fast food. my only complain? #freetheguac there is no reason not to charge everybody .25 cents more and everybody get the guac instead of the whole«the guac is extra» business.

He had often heard people talk about CHIPOTLE but had never had the opportunity to visit and try their food . Upon arrival I meet a local well laid out and a pleasant and comfortable décor, tables there is a style according to comfort you need, whether high chairs, low chairs, individual tables . Order a salad of chicken, guacamole with chips sercicio and one bowl of rice, beans, salsa, beef, sour cream. The chicken salad was really good with the combination of spicy chicken gives a special touch, the guacamole was not charming but estubo ok, and beef bowl had very good taste, the rice can order complete, the frijokes were red with typical Mexican flavor, this place I found it excellent. The very pleasant and helpful attention, get recommendations if you need, plus the music in place combined with the style of the restaurant although not Mexican music

Chipotle is Chipotle, and if you’re on Unilocal I doubt you need my explanation about what the concept here is. I happen to think that local fast casual competitors like Lime and Salsa Fresca are much better, but hey, there are a lot of Chipotle addicts out there. For my part, I thought the food on my recent visit was solid — much better than I remember from the last time I ate at a Chipotle about a decade ago. I wanted to post because I was very impressed with the staff at my recent visit. Absolutely everyone was super friendly and on point. Unfortunately you don’t see that uniformly great service very often, and it deserves recognition. Note that parking here because very challenging, very early in the day.

Good place, food is great! Most of the time there is a long line, but usually goes quick it is not their fault they go as quick as they can! The Steak Bowl is delicious and I recommend, I come here occasionally when I want some good Mexican American food.

Chipotle is Chipotle and for that they deserve a 5: they are simply addicting… This location has serious issues though: the line is always going around the store because of the amount of pick up orders they get. I wish they could work on this. I frequent this location on Sunday evening usually and they seem to always be out of something: forks, tortilla, veggies, a flavored soda… I would say that 1 out of 3 times, they are missing something. What’s more annoying about this location is parking: chipotle shares parking space with Pei Wei and the parking is extremely small so good luck!

I love Chipotle, and I really want to love this location because it’s the closest to my house. But I can’t … I just can’t. First the food. It’s always hot, reliably tasty and as good as any other Chipotle. The staff varies; sometimes they are upbeat and capable servers, sometimes they are just slinging beans and cheese. But they get the orders right. HOWEVER… The physical location just sucks. It’s too small for the Coral Gables business district. The lines are always out the door… literally. The wait takes forever. They added more seating but still it’s not enough during busy times. And parking can be impossible. There is one tiny compacted lot behind the building. It wouldn’t be so bad but they share it with a number of other businesses in the little strip mall. Even if you order online for pickup you will wait. Sometimes just a few minutes sometimes 10 or more. The potential is there but the implementation is lacking on some fronts.

It had honestly been years since I’d been to a Chipotle. I’d forgotten about it, and everyone seems to adore the burritos, so why not. Walked in, and even a little before noon, the line was long and getting longer. It took a while to get anywhere. Once at the counter, the guys behind it didn’t seem to do anything with efficiency. The first guy asked me what I wanted, and I told him, but then exactly 30 seconds later I had to tell another dude what I wanted, and then I had to skip some other guy in line… just not so organized. It reminded me of Qdoba… which, come to think of it, why has Chipotle thrived while Qdoba went kaput? It’s the same freakin place… I went with the barbacoa burrito. Edible, but the proportion of the ingredients is off for me. There’s too much rice, beans about right, too little meat, and definitely too much salsa and cheese. The salsa made it soggy, and not halfway through, the thing fell completely apart in my hand.(That’s what she said?) It was a mess. Oh yeah, and the iced tea was way oversteeped, it was like drinking pure tannins. I know this place is very popular among college students, which perhaps should have been a red flag, as most of these kids are clueless. You kids can have it.
