What a horrible place! AVOID THE SHOWROOM at all costs! There’s zero customer service. We placed a huge order only because they have been around for years. They delivered the wrong toilet and they gave us an incomplete item. Yolanda, one of the sales persons is the worst of all. She can even tell a faucet from a drain, and she even suggested I call the manufacturer and lie, so I could get the complete product. They would not take responsibility for the fact that they gave me an incomplete product. We were often ignored when we returned to follow up, since it was not a new sale. AVOID IT!

Terrible… we were ignored. because some of the employees were busy wrapping a gift.
when we asked if someone could help us. we were looked at as if we were bothering the employees.
