The leasing office staff looks like they live on depressed village. I wouldn’t want to deal with people in green color who can’t smile. They didn’t even bother to show me all amenities properly which made us sign up with Bel Air. Their pricing is high, but the place is older and so is the staff (mentally). It’s not a funeral people; joke and laugh with each other, smile big and speak enthusiastically to potential residents when they walk in. My agent made a last effort during the showing, but that wasn’t good enough. They need to reconsider their pricing, their shirt color and their leasing staff needs a new class on ‘selling crap to people’. I’d rather pay that much or a little extra for something newer which we did. A little color and enthusiasm can go a long way…

I just wanted to send a quick note acknowleding the three maintenance men. Sincerely, they are always very nice and helpful. Your system of putting in tickets has worked wonders for me. Please thank them for always being so very helpful.

Beautiful community. A little overpriced but all apartments in this locality have more or less the same rates. Maintenance is taken care of promptly, same day. The only problem is improper parking enforcement. People park wherever they want even at the side of the road causing problems for others who pull out of the garage and don’t get enough turning radius. Everyday same problem. Even after sending pictures of improperly parked cars clearly showing their registration number to management, nothing happens because they are either too polite or too scared of losing tenants to take any action. The other problem is that people leave their trash in plastic bags outside their doors for valet pick up. They are supposed to put the trash in black trash containers which they don’t do. The result is ducks peck on the plastic bags and trash falls out, creating nuisance for everybody. I believe that after paying $ 1800 for a single bedroom apartment you would get better attention from management to issues like these but unfortunately nothing happens and that is how it is. Mariangela in the leasing office is a very nice person and she always assures me that action is being taken but nothing changes. They get 3 stars for how good the community looks and maintenance. They lose 2 stars for not addressing indiscriminate parking problem, trash nuisance and not being strict with indisciplined tenants.
