Cakefetti

I purchased a Groupon for two dozen regular sized cupcakes (a $ 42 value) from Cakefetti for a children’s birthday party. The order was completely wrong, not 1 thing right except the size of the cupcakes. I ordered 1 dozen chocolate with chocolate buttercream icing, and 1 dozen strawberry with cream cheese icing. I received 1 dozen marble cupcakes with vanilla icing, and 1 dozen vanilla with vanilla icing. I would have gone back to fix the order, but seeing as I picked up my order from an apartment complex, I couldn’t walk in anywhere to speak with someone. So I called the same girl that came outside in her pajamas to deliver the cupcakes to my car, and she doesn’t answer the phone or reply to my text message. I had no choice but to use the wrong cupcakes for the birthday party. About an hour later, I get a text from the Cakefetti girl apologizing about the order being wrong, she insisted she takes many orders a day and doesn’t remember our conversation, I was insulted and felt unvalued as a client. As far as her not answering the phone right after I left, she «was in the shower», it was the middle of the day. So, it wasn’t a big surprise to me when the cupcakes tasted like absolutely nothing, I would have guessed I ordered vanilla sugar free cupcakes. They were not tasty nor sweet. Never again.
