Burger King

I was in the area today with friends and decided to take our kids here for some play time as we love their indoor playground… perfect for too hot or too cold weather.
I had some good coupons for nuggets, chicken fries and burgers so that’s what we ended up ordering. When it comes to fast food burgers I really like BK ones. Their nuggets and chicken fries were good today, not always the case though.
Kids had fun and we had a cheap meal, WIN!

Came in at 8AM. The service was fast.
The restaurant was clean. There was no ice in the Coke Vendor but that was not an issue because they kindly handed me a glass of ice. The restaurant has calm pop music playing in the background; which was very soothing for the morning. The food was great.

I went here yesterday Thursday, 5^th of November at 1:45 pm (I hope the manager searches who was in this shift and corrects them).
This was by far the worst Burger King I’ve ever ate at. The hard as a rock veggie burger which was not even ingestible and burnt fries was not what I went there for but was what I ended up receiving.
Though we went through the drive thru we were asked to wait in the parking lot for the food, again this wouldn’t have been such a big deal if it wasn’t for the inedible state of the food.
I know I shouldn’t expect much from a fast food joint but I also should get what I paid for. And I didn’t.

My review is based on cleanliness, staff and playground as we only had soft serve ice cream and played on playground.
It had been about 15 years since coming to one of these playgrounds, and we loved it! My daughter played for about an hour, the playground is indoor, which is fabulous this time of year (very hot).
The place was empty and clean. We were attended to quickly. ordered pie and soft serve, both very good. At one point, my daughter spilled the ice cream and the replaced it no questions asked.
I will definitely be returning for dessert and playtime! I love that it is in the corner of my home too!
I took a look at menu and they seem to have a couple of great salads, if ever hungry I can always go for those. Pulling up to this vm is a bit hard coming east from kendall drive, keep eyes peeled.

slowest BK ever!!! You’ll be in the drive thru no lie about 15 minutes.. never again

Gave them one star because I can’t give 0. In a nutshell these are the experiences I’ve had at this BK:
— cold food
— sloooooow service (it’s taken up to 15 min to get food inside & in the drive thru)
— rude employees
— not enough employees working
Go down the street to Wendy’s if you need fast food.

Best cashiers

well i was there food was cold. dont mind waiting but very cold and the staff looked well dead so dissapointed this is what burgerking has become

Cashier was very friendly, very good customer service. I was shocked when the suggested to hold on to my ice cream till I was done with lunch to avoid it from melting. Drive thru attendant aided in filling my order, showing teamwork. When my food was ready I asked for honey mustard then the right question was asked «is two ok?»
