The service was not so great. They made me a bad drink then wouldn’t let me exchange it for another one. They only added more of a mixer to «lighten» it up. The waitress kept circling our table waiting for us to be ready or something. The food was okay. I hadn’t been here in a while. Not sure I’ll be back for a while longer.

Wings were tasty but order was wrong on type of wings. We also ordered cheese curds and the manager came out to inform us that we couldn’t order them unless we paid for the whole cheese sampler(kinda douchey in my opinion since all we wanted was a small portion of the cheese curds; apparently we weren’t as profitable for him ordering the curds as a side). The bartender was nice but she was over sat so it took a while for our beers and check since we were waiting for a movie and had only an hour to dine(we mentioned it at the beginning). I wish I could say I would go there again but am very sketchy as to the way our party of 5 was taken care of.

I am addicted to the fried pickles at the moment. Crispy on the outside, yet still juicy on the inside. Also the cheese curds are delicious. And the sauces go great. Domestic beer is only $ 2 during happy hour. Fried foods and cold beer, its a winning combo. One negative thing. It does smell funky when you walk in. You don’t notice it sitting in the bar area so you forget about it until your next visit when it hits you at the entrance. Not pleasant.

Decided to go watch the UFC195 fight and ended up at Dolphin Mall with the family. We noticed that they had ordered the fight and asked for outside seating for six. They were very nice and quickly rounded up two tables. I wish i could tell you the same for the parking that took forever to find even with there new garage we circled the spot a few times and eventually found a good spot with patience. We ordered two buckets of Heineken that brings five for Fifteen dollars. I wasn’t in the mood for any fried food or wings and since I had eaten there before at the one down in Cutler Ridge(wrote a review) I was not risking it. They do have salads at the spot but ended up eating at a restaurant across from Buffalo wild wings then met back up with the family that stayed their so we wouldnt lose our spot. The place is pretty loud because they have music blasting from they other restaurants near by so if you were going to watch any sports outside you will not be able to hear. I recommend you go inside for that. Their is plenty of seating and the servers were very nice but took forever to bring us some beers and they never cleaned our table properly. My cousin had ordered some chips with dip but was not very impressed with her order. Overall this place is alright if there isnt an event like the UFC fight or a weekend. Dolphin Mall is always very busy and alot of people are coming there from different countries for the shopping. So have lots of patience as you arrive and try to come early.

First time here I gotta say the place itself wasn’t bad but I just wasn’t too impressed. It’s your basic chain restaurant with a focus on wings. Clean establishment with fast, decent service. One of the better mid price food court alternatives if you’re shopping or maybe catching a movie. They do have a large selection of sauces, I’ll give em that… which is one of the things that will probably bring me back so I can work my way through the the list!

Every time I come here the floor and tables are dirty and sticky. Customer service sucks. Food is mediocre. On the plus side, they do have some great happy hour specials mon-fri from 3 – 7 I believe with $ 4 draft beers and $ 3 margaritas and mojitos. They also have $ 4 happy hour food, but I wouldn’t trust it if I were you.

Terrible customer service. If only 5 tables in the establishment are filled and there are 20 people working but it takes over 15 minutes for to get your drinks. Then the order is wrong and the waiter forgets half of it, the management needs to reevaluate their staff and customer service plan. Get your crap together, you guys are an embarrassment. and Analise is right the place smells like old dirty mops. Gross.

Honey BBQ wings were delicious but the nachos were lacking cheese and toppings. As a matter of fact, I think I only got one or two nachos with a pity smear of cheese on them. They were also were loaded with lettuce, which is fine if I’m eating a salad. I wanted my son’s tenders to come out first and they had mixed up the order with another table’s that also had children. It took a really long time to get the tender order to us after that. Service is a bit slow but I would come back just for the wings and drinks. It was Halloween after all so I did expect some chaos due to the event taking place outside.

I personally like this place for the drinks & games only. I don’t particularly care for the food. The food is find expensive & it’s not even good(my opinion).

Came here for happy hour on a Thursday with my boyfriend and his mom. We had 6 types of boneless wings. All were very flavorful and pair well with a mojito :) Please check out my pics attached.

Internet suck!!! Wings and beer are great. We are having the habanero buffalo wings. I love this place for the game and good snacks. Lets go Steeleers. I always love this place… Try the buffalo mild sauces and the caribbean jerk is hot hot hot…

Terrible service. Wings aren’t something extraordinary. Waiters don’t even look for tables…

I love Buffalo Wild Wings way more than I should. I’m not even a huge wing fan, but this chain is my favorite above all others. Most locations I’ve been to are pretty similar, whether in Lincoln, NE or Miami, FL. This particular one is slightly more run down than others I’ve been to, but I haven’t had the misfortune of experiencing the funky scent that others are complaining about. It always smells like a giant(delicious) chicken wing to me. I’m pretty sure the parmesan garlic sauce would make anything delicious. Chicken, burgers, smoothies. Yeah, it’s that good. I also like their buffalo chicken wrap. If you’re the type that complains about food never being spicy enough, you need to dip your tacos in some of BDub’s sauces. I’m a wimp and lose feeling in my face after a medium-low sauce like the buffalo sauce, so I’m pretty sure I’d need a tongue transplant after eating their hottest sauces. I went once around closing time and the staff was pretty nice about it. They did start cleaning up the restaurant while we were finishing our meal, but in Miami that’s practically good service. Usually, they’d throw your check at you as soon as your ordered and tell you to bus the table when you’re done. Also, if you’re on some kind of special diet and you come here, you a) are an idiot/masochist or b) have a bf/gf/so/friend that is kind of a douche. Nothing about this place is healthy or suitable for a dumba$$ diet, which is why it is alllllll delicious!

Management seriously needs to do something about the smell in that place. The smell hits you like a ton of bricks as soon as you walk in — think soaked dirty carpet that has been sitting around for too long. Management needs to fix this immediately. Its gross We ate there anyway. The food was mediocre. Not good. Not bad. Mojito was good.

DOGET: chili con queso, parmesan garlic wings DON’T GET: any hot wings if you don’t like spicy food, the garden crasher — because’s it’s depressing. I went here for their happy hour and it was definitely a great choice! $ 3 appetizers like their chili con queso and mozzarella sticks and… $ 3 margaritas and mojitos in large glasses! They also have draft beers as part of their happy hour as well. Such a great deal! I also got wings with the mango habanero sauce, which is sweet and very spicy. It’s the only place I know that has sauce that’s actually spicy. I also love their fries. In the past, I’ve also gotten Parmesan garlic wings, which are also really good. I’ve also had the garden crasher because I was on a raw diet. I was not supposed to have any of the pita bread or hummus that came with that platter, but I couldn’t help it. Although the pita bread and hummus was an amazing treat after eating juice and salad all day, that was a sad platter to get while everyone around me had delicious wings and burgers, so if you are on a diet, you shoulder either call it a cheat day or stay home. The only thing that is eh, is their service. I felt like our waitress was never around so it took awhile for me to ask for water. I’m not really sure why since they weren’t packed and usually aren’t, but that’s my usual experience with them. Other than that, go there for happy hour! It’s a great deal!

Wow!!! Afteryears of coming here atleast twice a week, the service was horrible. I couldn’t believe how down hill this place had gone. The drinks cane 10 minutes after we, a party of two and a child, were seated. The appetizers came out 39 minutes after ordering and the main came out 5 minutes after ordering. The server never came by to see how we were doing, and we had to yell for our check… never again… after three years if coming here atleast twice a week. So sad! I guess I will be going to the one in pines from now on.

Why didn’t I read my fellow Unilocalers’ reviews before going to this place? My husband was craving wings so we decided to come here since last time I had visited this place(3 yrs ago) I had a good experience! Well, clearly that has changed over the years :/The place is still nice inside with all their big screens, and honestly I can say that our server was nice overall! Here comes my «however»… HOWEVERRR, although it was a late Saturday night(10pm), the place was NOT packed at all!!! Oh, but the service was SOSLOW! From our server, to the cooks and pretty much everyone! We ordered some«cheese fries» as an appetizer, a blue moon beer, and regular wings /boneless wings. The beer took FOREVER to come out. Then the wings came next(we have yet to get out«appetizer») and the boneless ones were so dry! We asked for buffalo sauce on the side and they brought a POWDER?! After we asked several times for our cheese fries, a different server told us they don’t even have that, and brought us plain fries with some cold shredded cheese on the side!!!(Added pic) Overall, some of the wings we did have were good(parmesan ones & honey bbq) but I don’t think I plan on coming back anytime soon :/

Holy shit, we can’t believe the health department hasn’t shut this place down yet. We went after leaving work late– 7 pm. We didn’t expect much since it’s near the airport but once we sat down we realized we most likely had made a huge mistake. There were about 8 Ppl in this 2,000 sq ft space. Only the corner where we were all sitting had light everything else was dark. We both ordered salads… They arrived about 20 minutes after we ordered. The waitress was totally out of it and barely spoke English.(Mind you it’s a bar and grille) Needless to say… I took two bites of my salad(and thank god I’m a slow eater who looks at my food before i put it in my mouth) and saw the most disgusting jumbo flies I had ever seen. Not that it makes a difference, but they weren’t just house flies they were some kind of pre historic jumbo insect. I gagged. My husband gagged. I signaled the waitress over and showed her what we found. She picked up the plate and didn’t say anything. I finally said, I can’t finish this and we aren’t going to pay for these salads. She came back a minute later and said my manager said I can give you this salad for free. Because it’s probably a common occurrence she didn’t apologize or seem to be surprised. She retreated to the kitchen and we walked out the front door. We went to market and got some fresh food. Sadly, it is SO hard to find good food in Florida… Partially because there are no health standards or letter ratings(like in California or NY) and because you either have Latin food or bar/grilles. Don’t even get me started on the«sushi/Thai» phenomenon. Lesson learned… Just grow your own food and cook at home …

Most of the time I enjoy going to Buffalo Wild Wings. This visit was less satisfying. The food was the usual boneless wings that I expected(as they are generally the same across all BWW’s). I got 20 boneless wings this time and they were pretty good… Not to mention it was 65¢ Thursday. The only unfortunate part about this trip was the service. Our server did a good job, just towards the end of our meal it seemed like there was less attention towards our table and we had to reach out to have another server find ours. Other than this, it was the usual Buffalo Wild Wings experience… TV’s, loud environment, and wings.

I used to love going there and eat their boneless chicken wings but my last visit, Tuesday Dec. 30th in the evening changed it all… My husband and I have been given used coasters for our drinks, already soaked with beer Then, I will put the picture for you to see what I’m talking about, look at the carrots we’ve been served! Makes you wonder how fresh the chicken actually is!!! When I told the waitress«look at those carrots, since when are they in the basket?» She just laughed… I told her«would you eat them?», she said no and left… Hum, that’s it??! Please please Buffalo Wild Wings, be more careful with the service and what you give to customers apart from chicken!
