Love this place! I recently got engaged and didn’t want to be without the ring while it was sized. Even though we hadn’t purchased the ring there, they totally hooked me up, sized my ring in two hours, and cleaned and polished my grandmother’s ring at the same time (which looks better than I’ve ever seen it). Joe the Jeweler made my weekend! We will be back when it’s time to buy our wedding bands!

I’m sincerely shocked to see this place has any positive reviews… The customer service is incredibly awful. Shop elsewhere when considering your holiday treats.

I have been shopping at Buchwald’s for years. This the first and last place I look for when buying jewelry for loved ones. You get a Big Bang for your buck. JOE IS THE PERSON to ask for and he has shown to be helpful when selling me a Rolex to helping me upgrade a ring setting. He is as pleasant whether the sale is a large sale or a repair. Not pushy and not up selling. He is knowledgable and eager to accommodate to your every need. Thank you for everything Joe.

Bought a an amazing watch and had my husband’s grandmother’s engagement ring redesined I dealt with Marc and have nothing but good things to say. In Miami, where shady business men abound, I feel comfortable doing business here with just a handshake. The owners are great, friendly and reliable and randy and Marc the employees there are easy to deal with and able to satisfy my high-​maintenance personality. If I was looking for either a classical diamond piece or an unusual gem piece this would be the first place I would go. The only downside is that the building is in downtown Miami which they solve with valet parking. I wouldn’t recommend staying in here more than an hour or two because you might spend your while paycheck. :) And my very picky design oriented architecture husband says their pieces are very well designed and stunning. I just like that they are sparkly and pretty! I told my hubby I will be happy if all my gifts come from here from now on.

I was in the downtown area near the seybold building and decided to go in and ask about a pair of earrings I wanted to sell and get a new set of backs that I lost. First off they are very rude. And they wanted to charge $ 40 for the replacement backs which was fine I was going to buy them I was there I need them. But that attitude from Randy I would never spend a penny. My day goes on and I’m in coral gables, decide to go in to Snows Jewelry. They were so nice, they did not buy my other earrings but gave a set of backs for the ones I lost as courtesy for coming in. Should have read the reviews before I went in. They are all bad regarding customer service!

I’m extremely disappointed. I’m not sure what’s worse: the quality of their jewelry or the quality of their customer service. Various diamonds on my pave diamond wedding band have fallen out multiple times over a 4 year period. The first couple times it happened, they replaced the diamonds free of charge. It’s happened TWICE in the last two months alone, and they now want to charge ME for THEIR poor craftsmanship. Above it all, I was disgusted with the condescending way in which I was treated by the salesman there. He tried to tell me it was my fault the diamonds are falling out. Last time I checked, wedding bands are something you wear EVERY DAY to symbolize a lifelong commitment. What would be better is if they made a ring of QUALITY that withstood the test of time and was actually worth the investment you put into it.

Hopefully you never have any issues with your ring after you purchase it. I purchased an engagement ring with small diamonds all over the band over 4 years ago. One of the small diamonds on the band fell out before I even proposed (it was sitting in a safe). Since we’ve married, we have had to take the ring back to have one of the small diamonds replaced every year. The last time we took it back they said they would replace the whole band if it happened again. Well… it happened again and they wanted to charge us to replace it. They told my wife she shouldn’t clap her hands. So if you’re looking for a ring that can’t hold up to clapping hands, Buchwald is the spot for you. On top of it all they treated my wife and mom with unbelievable disrespect — women, apparently you need to bring a man with you to receive proper customer assistance.

I stopped in recently to purchase an eternity ring. Alan promptly greeted me and showed me the various styles they had. They had a wide selection, but the shimmering 5 carat beauty with the round diamonds was calling my name! I knew this particular ring was «the one» for me, as it fit like Cinderella’s glass slipper! After talking price, I asked Alan to set it aside so I could comparison shop. It pained me to leave it behind, and after visiting several other jewelers, I didn’t see anything close to the quality they had, so I returned and made the purchase!
While we were shopping around, my friend left her wedding bands there to be cleaned, sized and polished. They did an amazing job for $ 150. I couldn’t believe it was the same ring! It looked brand new!
The customer service they provide here is first class. They service isn’t rushed, and they are knowledgeable and willing to work within your budget. I highly recommend Buchwald Jewelry for those looking for fine jewelry, especially engagement rings/​wedding bands, and high end watches. Ask for Alan!
Oh…I forgot to mention one thing. The Seybold building now has valet parking, and if you make a purchase here, they will validate your ticket so you can park free! Very convenient!

Beautiful jewelry and great selection, but They do not stand behind what they sell you. Took wedding bands and engagement ring for trade-​in and when they sold them in separate occassions they said if we wnt back there, we would get at least what we paid. Well when we went back 8 years later with receipts and certificates and their own appraisal, they didn’t even give us 60% on trade-​in. They will not be getting my business again and they don’t deserve yours either.

All my jewelry is from Buchwalds. Their jewelry and watch selection is ridiculous. Has to be best in town. Ask for Scott. He’s very knowledgeable and patient.

I have been coming here since 2003 for all fine jewelry needs and I have never been disappointed. Pedro provides the best customer service. he always helps me out and is always attentive. All the staff is great and they really do have the best quality and prices in town. If you need fine jewelry, this is the place to go.
