It was pre-Christmas morning and this was the only open coffee place where we could get not fancy breakfast. It was also right next to Miami trolley stop. Very convenient. We ordered croissant with fresh mazzarella, tomato and egg and sandwich with spinach and egg and 2 lattes. Very delicious! I think it’s an Argentinian place. They have a small cozy place outside to eat and enjoy nice weather. Don’t expect this place to be fancy as its a nice deli with good selections.

I usually finish the work day 2 – 3 days a week here. Street parking is always available, ATM for cash, healthy options to eat and drink coffee. They even got real espresso cups, since I complained about the to go cups. Great place to unwind in Brickell.

We rented a condo and so glad we found this place at the lobby of our building. Their breakfast, empanadas were made full of flavor and love.

Yes, eat here(for breakfast and get coffee) Short walk from the Four Seasons, so HMB and I strolled through the construction zone that is Brickell one morning to get a sammie. The place is a higher end c-store, but this review is only for the breakfast offered. The«classic» is very tasty — ham, cheese, and egg on what looked like toasted egg bread, with a dab of tomato tapenade. Coffee con leche was frothy and delicious. Four stars from me, two from HMB — but in full disclosure she got her sandwich w/o cheese which made it a tad dry, so please take that into consideration. Sandwiches were ready in about five minutes. We ate outside and watched as another luxury high rise went up.

Decent but limited menu. Pricey grocery items. Horrible service. Nobody speaks English. Breakfast is their strength. A handful of outside tables seat only two each. This is my last resort and sometimes choice to change things up.

Decided to try the Brickell Sandwich after reading some positive reviews. What a sham. They put 1 slice of prosciutto on the entire sandwich. I come from NYC and if a deli tried to do this, they would go out of business. They should try putting meat on their sandwiches.

This is my fave lunch spot on Brickell. It is a combo convenience store and deli. The deli serves soup, panini, coffee, fresh juice, salads, and other treats. I always get the Italian Panini. It is well worth the price and is my absolute fave go-to lunch item. The convenience store has a large selection of hard to find food items and just about everything you would expect from a «Stop and Shop» concept. Give this place a try, eat the Italian panini, and thank me later.

We happily found this gem within short walking distance of our hotel. Ended up there every morning for the breakfast special. The food was fresh and served hot off the grill. The best surprise of all was the coffee– a frothy slightly creamy drink that needed nothing more — sugar, milk or anything else. The service was friendly and the value can’t be beat!

3.5 stars. A nice neighborhood place. I love their veggie juice selections. Just tried Sajil(aloe vera, spinach, cactus, grapefruit), sans honey and ice. Their service is average esp for non-Spanish speaking patrons but other than that — good tasty sandwiches and a nice mini(almost midsized) market. Nice outside sitting area.

Love this spot! They have the best freshly made juices and smoothies. I love that they don’t cold-press the juices, but mix the whole fruit and veggies together in a Vitamix, that way you don’t lose all the nutrients and decrease the sugar content. Their sandwiches are also very good and they have a great assortment of treats. like a mini gourmet convenience store. I recommend this place if you’re in the mood for something light and healthy.

Great for a quick stop if you don’t have time for a full shit down meal. The breakfast«Classico» sandwich is the bomb. It’s the main reason why I come to this place, and they do it fast! We talking you are in and out in less than 5 minutes. They also have a wife variety of drinks, if you want to change up your usual water or coffee available at the office. Highly recommend this place over sachas. Will give you more food, and can last you longer than a one hour from the next time you are going to have to eat. Check it out!

This place really meets a need for our neighborhood. It’s a small, and somewhat upscale market, plus a deli and juice bar. It’s a nice place to stop in while on a walk in the neighborhood, or to hang out and have a drink with my kids.

So good!!! There are sandwiches! Real sandwiches! I ordered the veggie sandwich and it even had shredded carrots and beets, and avocado. Really good and really affordable. I think it was about $ 6 for the sandwich, which is really affordable in Miami currency. They also offer breakfast items, fresh squeezed juice, coffee, snacks, frozen yogurt. This place is so convenient and much needed in the area. Great place to stop and pick up lunch before work.

Finally a reasonably priced sandwich shop close to work. This place has a limited selection of sandwiches but the ones they have are good. These are not NY style deli sandwiches loaded with meat and chese, they are lighter more creative and tasty; they are also not too small. They appear to make their own bread fresh daily. They also have a caprice sandwich for those of you who don’t eat meat. I’d also recommend this place for coffee. This is small grocery store with a sandwich bar. They do have outdoor seating. As of today the phone number posted here on Unilocal is incorrect. Just called to see if they make breakfast sandwiches. They do have 4 small sidewalk tables. Good spot. My rating is for the value for the dollar. This is no gourmet sandwich shops but the sandwiches are a clean, tasty, a good size, and offered at a fair price. You have to value that when everyone else is trying to gouge you.

3.5 stars A much needed and welcome addition of a deli and convenience store to the Brickell neighborhood. Located in the ground floor of One Broadway next to Pieducks Pizza. A couple of stars just for their inventory. A LOT of gourmet cheeses, beers, wines, etc. They should do well. Have yet to try their deli sandwiches though.

I found out about this place through a coworker that drove by it on the way home from work last week. Low and behold this deli just opened up right next to Brickell Irish Pub and Pieducks. What to expect: Coffee shop and convenient store/deli with a above average selection of specialty health food items. They have a coffee bar with sandwiches that are at a great price. I ordered a chicken, tomato basil panini To-Go today… super tasty and worth the six bux. This place just opened up(not sure when) but its super clean and has a nice décor. Since its close by, has a good value on the food they serve I’ll definitely come back. The two ladies that worked there were nice and quick with the order.
