Unfortunately, I didn’t read the reviews until it was too late. I logged on to write about my horrible experience only to find that this is common for Brickell Cleaners. I just picked up a designer dress with «Dry Clean Only» label only to find that Brickell Cleaners RUINED my dress. The collar had satin petals around the neck and half of them were missing! The big concession from Brickell Cleaners was that they weren’t going to charge me for the cleaning!!! The staff is rude, unhelpful, and unapologetic. I will NEVER go there again. They don’t even deserve ONE STAR but that is the lowest I could give them. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Heed all of these bad reviews and do NOT take your clothes to Brickell Cleaners. Nearly every single article we have taken there has been returned with damage … broken buckles and small holes from unnecessary safety pins in a $ 200 trench coat, pills all over an $ 80 silk dress, tags stapled to clothing, extra creases on freshly pressed suit pants. If you care about maintaining the quality of your clothes, take them elsewhere even if you have to go out of your way. I would give this cleaners zero stars if that was an option.

Horrible results. Paying $ 3.25/blouse for some of my wife’s clothes is a higher end price. I dropped them off on Thursday afternoon, they were ready after 5:30 on Monday. Are they really that busy?
So I get my stuff Tuesday morning, no price issues (luckily) and no lost clothes. I get home and there is no light starch (as requested — guess I need to learn spanish), and the blouses are all wrinkled and need ironing.
Honestly that is the main reason for bringing them there is to get them ironed and save all the hassle. We won’t go there again. I would rather spend an hour ironing all our shirts/​blouses every week than pay a high fee and still have to do it.

I took 4 garments in for dry cleaning and alteration on Christmas Eve 2008. I was to pick them up today (1−8−9) and pay $ 13.60 — $ 3.00 for the shirts and $ 10.60 for the alterations and dry cleaning. When I went to pick them up they told me the computer (which as well all know is ALWAYS right, the customer be damned in the new millenia) said the bill was over $ 24.00. I let them keep my clothes — this is a lie, it is robbery and it is extortion — please do NOT use Brickell Cleaners in the Wachovia Tower — unless I imagine you have an expendable income and can afford to pay double what they tell you is the bill.
