I have lived here for a little over a year… the views are AMAZING! You look onto the bay from almost every unit. Although the balconies are almost pointless, because of the road traffic below from 1 – 195 (even from the 16th floor). Very nice pool, nice gym (which no one hardly uses). Just don’t use valet! I have had 2 friends that had things stolen. and my roommates car was stolen from valet! But besides that. great building and if you can get a good deal… take it. Lots of great things to do nearby as well.

Blue Condo is a great new building that offers amazing amenities, views and finishes for a lower price than comparable properties. The one negative about this property is its proximity to I-​95. The road noise for the expressway can be really bad on lower floors. High floors are the best.
