Big Wash Coin Laundry

Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! John or whatever this man name is that worked on Saturday morning on 12÷19÷15 is very rude! I told him about my concern that the washer was not working but not clearly marked and he told me that there is a sticker on the money compartment. I told him that it should be marked where you put the detergent in too. He stated that «Common sense would tell you to look at where you put the money.» I told him that why would you look there when you have to put the detergent in first. I think that you should tape the detergent dispenser as well. He kept arguing with me back and forth calling me stupid and dumb and involving other customers making a scene. I did not appreciate the disrespect and treatment. I told him obviously «the customer is not right in this establishment.» He continued to argue back and forth with me. Raising his voice and threatening me with his body language. I thought he was going to jump on me. WORST experience I have EVER had in a laundromat.
I usually enjoy my experience here but this character has to go. I will never wash my clothes here when he is here again. I felt so threatened with his language and body language I almost called the police. And he is still going around talking about the situation with other patrons. Poor customer service and tact.

Laundry mat located in the city of Miami (Liberty City) opens at 7am-​11pm Monday through Fridays, on the weekends 6am-​11pm. Your last wash must be done by 9pm. I usually cone here when I have too much clothes to wash and do not want to make it an all day event. The establishment and rest rooms are very clean, no smell of pee. They offer from 20– 75 pound washers Thir dryers they have too sizes. It’s also air-​conditioned, Big Wash also offer video game machines and a pool table. They have a place to fold your clothes, and they let you you the iron press for free for the first 20 minutes. If you hungry they have a Subway next door.

My favorite place to do laundry… Ample parking, comfortable seating, good machines that are regularly fixed, helpful staff. They have tvs, a jukebox, internet, even a pool table. Also a subway next door. It has never been too crowded, even if it was the place is big enough. You don’t have to worry about getting quarters either, they have a reloadable card system. Overall, if your looking for a comfortable and stress free laundry experience, come here.
