Nowhere in this place does it say no returns, they don’t tell you beforehand either. When my bf bought his shoes and tried to return it they only said he could exchange. When he asked why they didn’t tell him no returns before buying the lady said «That’s not my responsibility». Now we’re fighting with his credit card after they told us to just leave the shoes at the store and they have the nerve to say he never returned it. Good thing we recorded it.

Horrible store. No returns even with receipt, and unhelpful staff. When asked why returns could only get store credit, the manager could only tell me «because.»
Go somewhere cheaper and where the staff and management are willing to help you

If I could give this store a 0 I would. While I was looking for a shoe, one of the employees named Guillermo Escobar, shoved my mother out of the way with his shoulder and she fell. He did not apologize nor did he help her up. He actually got very defensive once I confronted him about his actions. I waited to speak with the manager and all he was able to tell me was that he was «sorry». Did not even reprimand the employee or anything. If anyone has the corporate number for this chain of Battaglia shoes, please let me know. STAY AWAY from here!
