I don’t like the way these people do business. I wouldn’t trust them with anything, much less something as important as home electricity.
Where to begin?
They left me waiting … telling me they’d be here at 9am on morning, and then not showing up and not even calling. At 10, when I called to see where they were, the guy was rude. He never did make it.
I tried rescheduling. Late again (by over an hour), the guy finally showed up. He looked at the outlet I wanted to replace, and told me he needed a «part» and that he’d be back the next day.
Another day, another attempt: Late again (this time, by ‘only’ 40 minutes!), he finally installed the outlet.
A few weeks later, I had a friend (a retired electrician) do some other work around my house. (I’d clearly learned my lesson and wasn’t going to call B & I again just to do something simple.) Just for kicks, I had him check the outlet that B & I installed. Wouldn’t you know: The guy never connected the ‘ground’ wire?!
Seriously, these guys suck.

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are a scam. I requested an electrical report. I explained to Brian Marshall that I needed a report for a court hearing. Was ripped off for $ 350 to get an estimate with pictures. He calls to tell me that all the work I had done at the property with permits and contractors was shoddy. That the City of Miami inspectors are unscrupulous. Then I go to the hearing and find out that the tenant knew exactly why he was there. No integrity and confidentiality when I was his client that hired and paid him. Even though this company tried to hurt me, I still prevailed in court because I owned the truth.
