Great chief and patient fun enthusiastic guy! Has a great team. I’ve bed. A student a d had them cater many home parties. Always great good with excellent service. They leave my kitchen clean and more organized then when they arrive with everything. A pleasure to hire them it’s been great experiences.

I never realized I could have this much fun in the kitchen! Cooking classes with Chef Ray take all the painful parts out of making dinner (ie planning a menu, food shopping, and my LEAST favorite, cleaning up) so all you are left with is wine, cooking and then eating the fruits of your labor. What fun!
Chef Ray is hilarious and full of energy. We started with class with mimosas (yay) and you were given an option (which, of course, we took advantage of) to buy a very reasonably priced bottle of wine (double yay)
The menu, which was posted on the website and consisted of 5 items, was divided amongst the group (12 – 16 people) It was a very upbeat environment and although I only knew the person I came with, the group quickly became a team (I’m sure the wine didn’t hurt the comradery!)
Chef Ray was assisting everyone and appeared at your side when you called his name, whether it was for the proper technique on how to chop an onion or how much seasoning is too much (oops)
And then for the best part — eating! The food was amazing (not just cause I made it, it really was tasty!) and unlike anything I had ever prepared.
I truly cannot wait for my next class. It was a great «date night» for us and for some of the other attendees, a fun «girls night» and «family night». Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!

I had a great time during their French Connection cooking class. Chef Ray is a great instructor and made the class fun for everyone. Definitely will consider doing another class sometime soon.

I took the cooking class with my dad last night and had so much fun. We enjoyed great company and great food. Met some really nice people and enjoyed a great dinner once finished. I would recommend this to anyone looking to do something a little different and fun! Good for families & couples. Chef Ray and his team is knowledgable and friendly. Felt like I was at home cooking with friends

I took two of Chef Ray’s cooking classes and LOVED them!!! The classes are so much fun and I learned a lot! Chef Ray is funny an charmig and eager to teach all of his tricks. The food was amazing: taste and presentation.
I made the recipes I learned for my family and everything was a hit! I am coming back for more classes and I would highly recommend them for any catering event.

The cooking classes are awesome! Very involved, and fun! The food was great too. I will go back!
