Great place, great theater work. Unforgettable experience. It is time for the city of Miami to have a theater that reaches all kind of people, with audacity, humor and talent, without falling into the abyss of the «official» vaudevillian shenanigans Miami´s theater is known for worldwide.

I went to Artspoken to see my friend’s bellydance show. The space was really great — it was intimate, but a great setting. I believe the theater seats 80 people, and the layout is long and narrow.
The venue had the feeling of a New York blackbox theater — which was a really nice vibe. There’s also an outside area behind the building, which had picnic tables, strings of lights, and bright murals on the wall. It was a little piece of Wynwood or Fat Village in Little Havana.
I love discovering places like this, because it shows how South Florida is broadening its cultural horizons.
