I would normally not review a bad experience but I come here about 2 – 3 a week because my job is blocks away. I order my breakfast to go, pick it up and go. Well today when I called I was placed on hold. After being on hold ten minutes I pull up and, mind you I’m still on the phone. The guy says yes hi how can I help you. I order my breakfast and to face asks for a moment turns around and hangs up the phone! So I signed my receipt and let him know BTW it’s not nice to leave your customers on hold and just hang up when u have a line of customers at your window! So disappointed.
