I have used this company twice. The first time it was just to unload a truck and the next time was to do the packing, loading and unloading.
The loading of the truck was not very efficient (did not use the space in an efficient matter) but everything ended up fitting.
One of my dressers broke inside of the truck and the owner committed to place the insurance claim to get me the coverage for the dresser. This took + two months and I finally received a check from Alex to fix the dresser.

Worst movers ever. Expensive and wanted to charge more and more. They left and find out that they broke my sofa. I would not recommend them and will never hire again
