Last Saturday I had a clog in my condensate line causing my AC handler to flood my carpeted second floor closet. I opened the line and saw it was packed with slime. I tried the best I could to remove it but I was limited to what I could reach. The AC coil was also very dirty since we’ve never had a cleaning.
I called Action Air Tech on Sunday afternoon and a tech came out Sunday evening. He cleaned out the condensate line completely and did a cleaning of the handler and coil. The service was thorough and neatly done (they covered my carpeted area and used a drip tray to collect washing solution).
As an added bonus for me, the tech spoke English so I was able to ask him questions and he explained what he was doing. Overall I was very satisfied with the service this company provided, and would use them again.
