Nice condo building in Brickell on 11th and Miami Avenue. There are two towers, gym, pool, doormen and seems to be decently run.
There are also several restaurants (Mexican, Greek, Pizza) and a salon downstairs. The condo is walking distance to the Metro-​mover stop and the Brickell train stop. Also located in close proximity to Mary Brickell Village, Publix, et al.

This is the absolute WORSE building to live in downtown Miami. If the neighbor next door to you or below you smokes, your entire apartment will smell like smoke because it is so poorly built. On top of that, GOOD luck getting anything delivered as there is only room for 2 trucks at the loading dock and they are FULL weeks in advance. I would encourage you to look elsewhere for a place to live.
