Worst service ever!!! I hate writing bad reviews but I had to do this. Staff treats you horrible! Be expected to wait at least an hour or more. I don’t mind waiting if staff are nice and treatments are effective. But, skin got worst and not to mention they did not want to refund my money on a product they forgot to ship. I called the office about the product and they said sorry we forgot to ship it (a month later) I asked them to refund my money. Till this day I have not received any refund! And no product has been shipped either. I called in about not receiving my refund and I got yelled at. Also the phone hung up in my face. Very unprofessional and rude. Staff hung up the phone multiple times and I got yelled at. Products are also very expensive, with cheap packaging. My skin is worst now than before I got treated there. It has caused me a lot of stress visiting the office and dealing with this ordeal and skin issues. I just want my money back for a product I don’t have. What’s the big deal! I can go else where with my money.
