Papa Johns

This place totally sucks! Their customer service is so poor. Every single time I call this place they put me on hold after they say, «thank you for calling papa johns, can I place you on a brief hold» and before I can answer yes or no, boom I am holding. Today I got place on hold for 5 min the fish time i called before I hanged up and 2^nd time I called 6 min before I hanged up. Called a 3^rd time, 1 min and 30 secs! Booyaaa! They say the 3^rd time is a charm. I ordered carry out and when I walked in no customers around, yet it took the person a few to come and greet me. My order wasn’t ready, but I was there 10 min after I placed my order so I could wait. I do love papa johns, only reason I keep going, otherwise I would have boycotted them already.

Don’t order unless you want your pizza 2 hours late. Customer service is also a joke. When I called to check my status on a delivery I pre ordered, I was rudely told that my order wasn’t in the system and when I asked for his name he refused to give it to me & hung up. I had to physically go into the store to finally speak to someone who could refund my money. Stay away from this place.

Yesterday around 6 pm we ordered 2 pizzas for work since we were going to stay a little longer wrapping up things. An hour later the pizzas had not arrive so we started calling to find out about our order. They said the driver was on its way but stuck in traffic. An hour later (8 pm) the pizzas still had not arrived. We kept calling but this time they said that they did not have our order in the system. We told them to cancel the order and make sure they did not charge our card because we had given them our credit card info to which they say no problem. Guess what, the charge now shows up on our account. Today I am having to deal with the bank to make sure they do not rip us of our money.

Simple, if you live on the beach, buy from the beach. Waited 2 hours for pizza to arrive. Next time I’m ordering from dominos.

Put me on hold and put me on hold then get to my house and cold pizza every time.

i will –never– order from this place again. i placed an order which arrived at a reasonable delivery time (40 min). –but– the driver gave me the wrong order. and it was awful! a piece of crap! bone dry. the box looked like it was bounced around the guys trunk for 20 miles. spoke with one manager, nice guy. but when i called back to get his name i got a different manager. titiana, she said was her name. rude as f^! she’s lucky my wife has the car. stay away from this place.

Ordered a pizza and it came with missing toppings. Asked for a store credit or a discount on a future order and was given attitude in return. Bad service and rude employees. Second time I’ve had issues with this store. Will not order from here again.

This place is bad… I have order a few times… And every time the food takes a long time 2 hours or so… And then the food is cold… Or incorrect… I only live 3 blocks away…

Ordered a thin crust veggie pizza. It was delicious, delivered hot and early! Perfect!

Bad place bad customer serv. Officially closed at 12:30 but they won’t let you order even before midnight.

Had a terrible experience here. The pizza took 2 hours to arrive, with no apology or anything. In fact the delivery driver complained to me about my building!
