I’ve been with Omega Security for almost 20 yrs. I have never had an issue and their support staff are excellent. I have both alarm and camera system.

I’ve been with Omega for years now and I absolutely love them. You get fantastic customer service each and every time. They really get to know their customers so you aren’t just another account. There’s a reason why they have so many long-​term customers — they’re the best in the business!

I was a client of a company that Omega took over, I had been a client of that company for 10 years. Omega claimed they had to «update» the panel now that they had taken over, I told them that I would be moving soon, they insisted on coming by. I asked them to give me a quote on the equipment for the new house, they were too high. When I cancelled my service they claimed that I had a «contract» since I had updated the panel, a panel that had been updated at their request and after relentless harassment by Terri at their office. They sent me a bill for the entire year, since I moved and hence cancelled the service just a few weeks after they came by. When I refused to pay they sent the bill to collections. These people have no integrity and are dishonest to no end. the type of people you don’t want looking after you or your loved ones.

Omega Security has installed the security systems of my homes and business’s. They have always been professional and accurate on appointments. I highly recommend you call them or reach them via email for your security needs.
