Poor service in Pembroke Lakes Mall. Juan manager would not work with me 3 days after 30 day exchange date. I was in 2 weeks ago, tried a larger size as shoe fit too tight. It continue to feel tight. All I asked was to exchange shoe. He said he couldn’t as the 30 days had passed-3 days ago. And then he says oh and they are worn. I explained I tried them to see how they fit, in my house, they are in perfect condition. Now I’m disputing charge. He couldn’t provide a company website and asked me to call the company Monday. Horrible service. Why have a manager that can’t satisfy a customer. Dicks and Sport Authority work with their customers to ensure they are happy. Unhappy.

Simon’s USED to be my favorite local spot for kicks. I used to get early release Jordans, LeBrons and Kobes from them. Just had to pay retail, no extra cost. But today I went to get the ‘Entourage’ LeBron 8’s and the little hoodbooger said the total was $ 213.00 for my pair. The retail price for these shoes are $ 160. That’s $ 53 extra. Kill yourself. I understand that I’m getting the shoes a week early, I get it. I wouldn’t mind paying extra for an early release. But I’m not going to pay an extra $ 53. That’s insane. Especially when I never had to before. This chick didn’t even warn me. I asked why $ 213? And her nonchalant reply was, «early release fee» as if that has been the normal protocol for the past 32 years. Eff this Simons location. If anything — go to the Simons Sportswear on South Beach and see Alan. He’s cool. The hoodboogers in Miami Gardens can suck it.
