Maggie Rose

I had a wonderful hair experience at Maggie Rose! My stylist (Tiffany) was on time, friendly and super talented! She and the rest of the staff was attentive and polite and my hair looked amazing. Not to mention, I wasn’t stuck in there for hours on end like at some other salons. It is a little more expensive than maybe the typical Dominican salon down the street but I would rather pay a little extra for the quality of service with no wait time. Would highly recommend anyone but especially for naturalistas as they over a wide range of natural hair services.
P. S. There is a restaurant down the street (Macca Tree) that has excellent Jamaican food. Enjoy!

Excellent service. I greatly appreciate the reminder calls and texts leading up to your appointment. Chantal did my silk press and she was very gentle with my hair.
First we talked about my hair and goals that I had. Chantal was very clear in making sure I knew the services that best fit my goals and the prices beforehand. She washed my hair using a mint shampoo that smelled amazing. I also received a deep conditioning treatment that I’m sure left my hair very soft and hydrated. She then detangled my hair and sectioned it into twist before beginning the blowout process. She preformed the silk press and when I say my hair is straight! Many of my friends have asked if I got a perm! After the hair was pressed, Chantal trimmed and styled it to perfection. I am very happy with the service and loved the environment of Maggie Rose. I recommend them for all your hair care needs. I even set an appointment to get a twist out.

Went in yesterday my first time and Chevy slayed my crochet twist installation, she was knowledgeable about my hair type and easy to talk about my hair care regimen. I love my hair. See you next time I will be back!

This is my second time visiting this salon. I’ve seen Chevy both times and each time she does an amazing job. The first time, I got my hair colored and this time I’m getting an up do. The Maggie Rose treatment leaves my hair soft and tangle free. I definitely would recommend this place to all my natural friends.

Awesome clean salon with amazing service. Although, I thought it was a bit pricey just to get my hair colored but I liked the outcome. I also noticed when I got home that my t-​shirt was damaged from the coloring which was a bummer

Excellent top notch service! This will be my new place to do my hair. Atmosphere is great and friendly, I feel very comfortable to leave my hair in their hands. Compare to other salons Ive been to with a lot of disappointment the prices there are reasonable.

Omg, where do I start? So I found this «gem» on instagram searching for a natural hair salon and their page showed up. They responded immediately to to my request and the young that I spoke with was very friendly and professional. I got set up with an appointment the very next day. I love my hair and I can’t keep my hands out of it. Nashetia was phenomenal. I loved every minute of my experience and it’s not that far away from my home. I’m coming back.

I love coming here. I just moved down here and was looking for a place that knows how to care for natural hair. Maggie Rose is my new hair home. Chantal is super attentive and very gentle when she is working with my tresses. On my first visit I got my hair cut, silk pressed and received the Maggie Rose hair treatment. I am on a journey to healthier hair, so I come every two weeks and I love my results so far.

I had a good experience at this salon. I got color, cut and style and it all turned out very well. Nasetia was great I took her advice on the cut and good thing I did ! The color she gave me had zero brassy tones and that’s unheard of in my world! She nailed it!
I recommend her for both cuts and color!

I have been here twice already. I love how they know how to care for natural hair. They even give you tips on how to care for your hair, and what products to buy to achieve the results you want. I’ve been natural a little over a year now and now is when I’m finally getting a grip on my hair care. They cut my hair when I first came in and they did such a great job. Yesterday, they washed, conditioned, trimmed, and flat ironed my hair. I was surprised to see that my hair was flat, smooth, and soft! I will definitely be coming here again!
