Compared to Bagatelle NY… a distant 3rd. Random music. Ok food. And daylight in here!

My girls and I stayed here for my bachelorette party and let me start off by saying, best decision ever! The hotel is cute and modern with its contemporary and cool décor! We stayed in the presidential suite aka PH3. With how much we paid and its size and location, we completely got our money worth! The guys at the front desk, the bell boys, and everyone who works there is so kind and welcoming. The room is huge. We were told it was a total of 2,700 square feet including the 2 balconies. When you walk in the room, there is a living room with a pull out sofa on the left. Then when you come into the suite more, there’s bedroom 1 with a queen bed and bathroom. The kitchen is so clean and modern and big. Then there’s also bedroom 2(master) which has a king bed, walk-in closet, and a large bathroom. The view of our 180 degree balcony was breath-taking! You can see the beach so nicely. Plus, the white sand warm water beach is only 2 blocks away! Not to mention there’s an upstairs which leads to another huge balcony and straight access to the upstairs rooftop pool! We loved this hotel so much and would absolutely want to stay here again. The only downside is that it did take longer than usual to receive some toiletries(toilet paper/paper towels/beach towels) and although it’s listed as a «full kitchen» there are no pots and pans. Besides that, I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thanks so much for providing an amazing getaway!

My most recent stay in South Beach was here… I usually stay in a hotel and have never done a villa suite but being that I am on extended vacation I decided to splurge somewhat and treat myself to something a little more better than the average hotel stay in Miami. I was gladly pleased… so much so that I have decided that Villa Bagatelle will now be my go-to place to stay while visiting South Beach for now on until I some day buy some property down there. First, the rooms… or should I say suites here are beautiful and very modern. Fridge is stocked with juices, sodas, and liquors(which are an additional fee by the way) but the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, clean cabinets, drinking glasses, plates, silverware and even a sponge and dish washing liquid. The bathrooms are very clean as well with guest soaps, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Shower has a fancy showerhead but the water pressure can be a little bit more than what it was. Both the bedroom and living room have about 50 in. television screens with DirecTV. The bedroom itself is very well kept and the balcony that comes with every suite stretches from the bedroom to the living room which I found to be one of the coolest things about Villa Bagatelle. Added to mention, they also have a rooftop pool with an amazing view of South Beach all the way to downtown Miami. Kind of kicked myself in the foot that I only took part of being on the rooftop my last full day there. Probably would of spent most of my 4th of July night up there rather than wandering the streets of Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue. What keeps Villa Bagatelle from 5 rating despite this being my chosen staying place when I go to South Beach… for one the lobby. Not so much the interior itself but the smell. It’s not a gross, vulgar smell but more so that of a somewhat cheap or regular hotel. A place as nice as Villa Bagatelle I would of expected or at least preferred more a vanilla scent in the lobby to make if feel more attractive and comforting. Also added to that… as nice as the suites are, there are a lot of breakable things in those suites, much due because of lot of what they have in these suites such as the closets, coffee tables and night stands are made of glass. You really want to be careful of how you place things, not to throw your sneakers or luggage towards anything or just make sure that nothing flickered ricochets off a mirror or anything glass in there because it sure will be coming out of your card information that you leave with them if it breaks, in which you are already being charged an additional $ 30 a night resort fee on top of your already fee for booking your suite which on average is anywhere between $ 180-$ 200, possibly $ 210 a night depending on if it is a weekday or weekend and if it is a holiday weekend. But trust me when I tell you it is worth the money, the concierge makes you feel welcomed, the lobby guys open doors for you going in and out of the resort, the cabanas on the rooftop and the complimentary breakfasts you get in the morning with croissants, bread sticks, apples, condiments, yogurts and orange juice… it is definitely worth the money to treat yourself here.

I was very impressed with this hotel. We stayed in PH6. The décor is very sleek and modern. It is very spacious. And everything was impeccably clean. You must go to the rooftop pool at night. I will definitely stay here again.
