I went here last week, and here’s a few things I’d like to highlight from my experience. For those of us who remember Vagabond this is Miami Beach’s amateur version of Vagabond. This place is definitely for 20 year olds maybe some cool hipsters but if you’re over the age of 32 you’re probably not going to like this place. It’s located in in a corner next to a gas station so it’s very Speakeasy like. The $ 20 cover is stretching it a little especially since the drinks are quite expensive. What really bothered me about this club was the fact that I asked for water two times and the bartender had told me «you can’t ask for water the next time I won’t give it to you» do you understand that that’s against the law to deny a patron water? In addition to this I spent over $ 50 on drinks. I’m not trying to be cheap. Do places like this need to exist? I say yes. The music is good and the DJ playing that night was actually really good. This is a great spot for people who just want to go out and dance and have a good time. It’s very low key and is modest. However they need to dedicate a little bit more time to make the place look more authentic to the appearance of a treehouse.

Walked in to find a tiny room with the djs playing right in from of me and a looong couch against the wall, intimate vibes are always a good time in my book. Drinks were perfectly priced and they had $ 12 specials. Around 1:30am the doors into the bigger room opened up and my night got even wilder. There’s an opening to the back, where you can go chill outside; the whole setup of this place makes it feel like a genuine underground music party. It was deep n intimate. I LOVED that there wasn’t a bathroom lady. you can go in and out of the bathroom as you please and not have someone eyeing you the whole time. A dude(employee, obviously) w a big bag walked in while i was drying my hands yelling«toilet paper, toilet paper!» …it was surprising and pretty funny, but let me tell you, he brought a buncha toilet paper so at least you dont have to worry about not having any! 10⁄10 cant wait to go back!

There’s nothing to dislike about Treehouse. The music is phenomenal, the vibe is low key and the décor is kitschy and quirky but cool. I’ve been going here sporadically for the last three years. This is def the spot for locals. Drink prices are not bad either but it is the beach. Def worth checking out if you like tech house, deep house, and techno. Only reason why I dock a star is because it gets smokey in there. Not everyone is smoking cigarettes, if you catch my drift, but that’s not what bothers me. Who the hell still smokes cigarettes nowadays?! I left with a hoarse voice due to it, which boggles my mind because they have a sign saying smoking is only for outside. Tsk, tsk Treehouse.

Just awful. Music was decent, but not worth the $ 20 cover. Smoking inside? Apparently acceptable in Miami. Pour me a glass of water at the bar? Unheard of. That’ll be $ 6 for a bottle of water, please. Go F yourself Treehouse. Head to Miami downtown for a better time and cheaper drinks. I recommend Grand Central

Sorry Treehouse, but with the acquisition of new owners, a new concept and a new logo… you’re just not the same. I don’t wanna here«EDM». I don’t wanna hear«Top 40». And I certainly don’t wanna hear hip hop at a house music club. For all of you locals &TRUE house music fans that frequented Treehouse hearing all those REAL DJs kill it night after night(thanks to Link & Miami Rebels)…TRADEISTHENEWTREEHOUSE!!! I’m so excited that Trade has opened! It makes my mourning for Treehouse less bitter and more sweet.

We come here quite a bit not only for the great low key venue but also the nice staff. There is lots of room for dancing which is a plus and you can’t really get bottle service. There are places to sit and hang out. The drinks are also more reasonable. They get awesome DJs here regularly, but they aren’t the big and popular names as much(but that’s not who I like!). I will continue to come back here for good low key clubbing. You can wear a t-shirt and sneakers in here, it’s completely chill

Very friendly staff. Cool vibe with a live DJ performance. Good drinks. I guess I liked it. The best part is the outdoor lounge in the back. Check it out. Me thinks I’ll be back again.

This is one of the coolest underground clubs I’ve been to in Miami Beach! Every time I’m there it feels like I’m in London or Berlin! I love the back yard area. It’s huge and you can take a break from the«tiki-tiki» inside(lol). But the music there in both dance floors is always amazing. Not commercial but awesome! All about dancing there just like the good old days, beautiful hipsters and not pretentious ppl w huge expensive bottles of champagne and leaches on tables and sofas where a dance floor should be… after all it’s still called a «dance club» ppl! This is truly a dance club and not a junky horror house like Space(stay away from Space if you are not a 20 something junky). I recommend this TRUE dance club 100% only reason why I don’t give them 5 stars is because the mini water bottle from like«publix» brand they sell there costs an arm and a leg! Wtf?! :/

Showed up at 2 am on a Friday night /Saturday morning. The place was packed. Bartenders were attentive and you never had to wait too long to get your drink. The music was REALLYGOOD — not your typical fist-pump bro electro, but actually groovy and funky. People were not douchebags. You could move around the crowd without getting people pissed off and you could find your own dancing space. Smoking is allowed inside, which is either a pro or a con, depending on your personal stance. There wasn’t too much attitude at the door — we were allowed to exit and reenter without problems. Easy to hail a cab from outside. Not sure what time we left or what time they close, but it’s definitely into the wee hours of the morning. If this place just opened, it must be much better than what it was before, gauging from the other reviews. Give it a shot, just show up a little bit later into the night.

If you fist-pump to Pitbull, David Guetta, Flo-Rida, or any of that so-called«house music» that’s playing on the radio, I beg you to stop reading this and just stick to the basics: Space, Mansion, or LIV. At Treehouse, Ms. Mada and the other resident DJs spin the best deep tech house. Think«Apple Bottoms» by Sephr. Everyone is up and dancing, you even see some shuffle battling now and then. If I had to describe Treehouse using one word, I would simply pick«cool».

Treehouse is a triple threat. The entrance bar is dark and brooding with a slightly nautical flare that makes you want to surf the sound waves all night long. Once you wander into the main dancehall’s urban-chic floorspace, you might even swear you left Miami and found yourself in New York City. And If you don’t get distracted in one of the first two rooms, the outside patio’s lush lounge area will help you understand why the place is called Treehouse. This space is the definition of a fabulous buildout. It perfectly balances a club and a lounge and can boast an eclectic, vibrant crowd that will keep you coming back. I’d hang out in this treehouse any night.

Meh, $ 8 for a stupid bud light? Not worth it since the music wasn’t even that good. The place is set up shot gun style with a bunch of different rooms. The out door patio alllll the way in the back is the best part, it’s not so loud back there that you can carry on some semblance of a conversation if you wish. I just don’t think there is anything special about this place to warrant the SoBe prices, other places are better if you’re going to shell out cash for drinks. On the plus side, no cover for ladies.

Not a fan. Between getting into it with one of the bouncers to the ridiculously expensive drink prices — this just wasn’t my scene. The upsides? Comfy couches in the outdoor area and no cover for ladies. The music was ok — I like that there are multiple rooms with different feels. I got into TROUBLE from a bouncer because I poked my head out the side door to try and flag down a friend who was meeting us. He didn’t like that. What can I say? I’ve never been a big believer in rules. :) I’m just not into clubs/lounges anymore. The place has gotta be special for me to get into it — otherwise, dive bars are where it’s at. And Treehouse just didn’t make the grade.

visited this club last night… Didn’t make a line, walked right through. No cover for ladies. This club is divided in three rooms, all of them playing different tunes. The outside is the most exciting in term of décor since it looks like a garden of some sort. Prices are steep just like every other club at Sobe… paid $ 13 for a vodka cranberry in a small plastic cup. The scene was allright… but for some reason I wasn’t really feeling it.

Checked this place out last night, a Friday. $ 20 for me, the lady was free. Walked in and the scene was a little too Latin for us on this night; I have been to Colombia and similar countries and this was exactly like that. Which is great, if that is what you want, but we didn’t. The entire outdoor space, which was one of the main reasons we came, was closed. This makes no sense on a Friday night, especially since the club had a reasonable crowd. You can’t advertise yourself as an indoor/outdoor club, and then not deliver. Given the foregoing, we left quickly… like 1 minute. I told the hostess it was not for us and waited for my refund. She couldn’t give it, but felt bad for us, knowing we had just walked in, and went to the manager, who grimly shook his head, «no». The manager chose $ 20 over me having a satisfactory experience at his venue. Before I exited, I looked back, and ominously declared, «The internet will learn of this». The last card I had to play. And now I have. Damn you, Treehouse.

Treehouse is located where The Church used to be wayyyyy back in the days of swine and roses. A handsome looking place that looks more like a cabin than a treehouse. A bevy of beauties graced it’s presence not excluding our awesome Unilocal crew. Three bars strategically placed in each room endured the barrage of people getting their«drank on». The exterior had astro turf on the ground and scattered couches and comfy love seats to rest your derrieres on or against. The DJ played an array of top 40 jams and jamming we did. With our awesome After Party Crew we sucked down drinks, mingled and hit the dance floor. Shaking our bon bons and our pom poms, we shimmied till the clock hit«After-After party time». Treehouse is a nice place for Yuppie/Yuca types. While it is not my «scene»(I’m a total dive bar luvin’ gal) it certainly is a place where you can strut your latest designer duds and stilettos while charging away at that American express platinum card. I prefer my bars divey or thick-rimmed spectacled. It’s alright for a change of pace. As with anything in life, it’s about the company and the company I kept that night was all VIP! Big Thanks to Maria for escorting many of our crew through the velvet ropes.

After our amazing Happy Hour Elite event this was the place for an after party. When we arrived we found parking easily, got in what seemed to be a long line with about 30 or so people ahead of us. Then all of a sudden in no time we were greeted by two lovely hostess gave our name and within seconds we were in. They were super friendly and told us to enjoy our evening. Once inside the main room in the middle it is outlined with couches for bottle service with a big open space which turned into a dance floor later on. Dark, and I found it to be very sexy, I was feeling the vibe. We met up with many Unilocaler’s who were spread out throughout the different areas. Then we went to check out the outside area. Very nice, nice open area large bar in the middle, couches and chairs throughout, plants, looked like a nice terrace. We decided to hang out here since it was more open and not quite as crowded. I did feel bad for the bartender out there, she was the only one attending the bar and was slammed. They should have given her more help on this night realizing how busy they would be. It did take patience to get drinks but Grey Goose come on awesome sponsor, thank you very much. I stuck with vodka cran throughout the evening and the drinks were strong and good. Again I very much liked the vibe of this place. We strolled back inside where the music was spinning. From what I can remember, the music was mainly tunes of top 40’s, good dance music in which we enjoyed our moments of dancing. Towards the end of our visit it was starting to get very crowded which made it difficult to move around so we finally decided to head out. Service was slow but very friendly, the décor was sexy and sultry, music was good, drinks delish. Yes I would visit again, as I had a fabulous time. Thank you for a great night and much thanks to Grey Goose vodka.

It was fun playing in this Treehouse, even on a cold evening! I met up with some of the rest of the gang last night after the Cafeina event(Well I had coffee drinks too earlier, but at the bookstore :) and am glad I got the invite for opening night. It’s only fitting I start with a kudos to the promoters(Tara Ink) since my RSVP and name on the list was handled smoothly; waiting time was minimal. The club is divided into three spaces. The first room looked more like a dancey upscale hunting lodge with netting hanging above the bar and a cool looking wood floor. Bar service was friendly even though all I had was a club soda. There looked to be plenty of couches and the music was what I’ll affectionately refer to as «hipster dance». Good acoustics though! Second room was where I spent most of the time along with the great crowd of Michelle & Dom C., Yislin, and Gina. We got to see our very own Maria A. and think even the King of Hialeah stopped by! This space seemed more plush, with the bar in the center and plenty of banquettes along the wall. Music was a neat mix of housey /dancey /top 40. This was my favorite space of the night. What would be more accurately considered«The Treehouse» was the outside loungey space. There was a bar in the center and I don’t remember any music. This was neat, as there was actually a place to chat and socialize. I had the honor of running into Rony and Rob D. As the name implies, there were plenty of trees, outdoor banquettes, nooks and crannies. Heck, I found out I heard I missed Tatyana C. in one of those spaces. Certainly a great addition to the SoBe Music Scene. Thank You Unilocal for posting this space. I’m looking forward to stopping by again!
