I think I need to put a star to write a review. Otherwise, I would put no stars. My husband and I went here for breakfast thinking because it is attached to the Victor, where we stayed, it would be equivalent in quality(the Victor was excellent). Instead, we received salmon so salty it was inedible, raw sausage, stale English muffins, cold potatoes. All this for the bargain price of $ 70… For Breakfast! The coffee was good. Stop with that if you go here.

We made a reservation and still had to wait an hour for a table because they weren’t taking into account the reservations. They were going by whoever came in first got a table first. Then, we waited over $ 45 minutes for ONE drink. ONE. when it came time to pay for our ONE drink, the bill was over $ 70 because they already added a 20% tip! The couple next to us walked out and frankly I wish I had as well. Also note the bathroom is shared with a hotel and it was disgusting. The floor was soaked, the sinks were literally hanging off the wall, and the toilets were all clogged because the flushers did not work. Makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like if a place customers are allowed in looks like that.

Sugar factory in Miami beach Fl looks like such a fun, wild and delicious night. But don’t let the internet fool you. My experience with this restaurants was very unenjoyable. First, I guess it was a mistake to sit outside, because we had awful service the entire night. When we had problems with the food, they weren’t fixed because our waitress barely came to check on us. At this restaurant, they are famous for serving these big and wild drinks. My brother and I ordered a blueberry drink to share. After a very long wait, a drink arrives at our table that is very far from what we ordered. Instead of being blue, it was green and tasted disgusting. After all the trouble with our waitress, we got a different one that was better, but still not very good. After already being a little upset, I needed a meal that would satisfy me. My burger comes and I immediately notice that it is full of sauce that I didn’t want or ask for. This made me sad. I needed to find out waitress and make a complaint for the 3rd time. I felt very bad. I ended up finishing my unappetizing meal after the rest of my table. And all I had was the very sad drink to wash the meal down with. I give the restaurant 2 stars for the fun environment of south Miami, and the fries that tasted alright. I don’t recommend going at all. Save your money for a better tasting meal.

This place is so damn cool, not only has a fun welcoming ambience when walking in, after you pass that the dinner room is very embracing. The food is to dye for, and they’re drinks out of this world. The blue cheese bacon burger was cooked to PERFECTION, it was juice, tasty, delicious I don’t have enough adjectives to describe it, SOGOOD. The savory crêpe with shrimps, sundries tomatoes and bechamelle was so amazing my mouth just got watery!!! Everything here was great, super attentive and amicable staff.

I don’t know where to start my review, the server stopped me said the drink is buy one get one free for only $ 14. I thought that’s a deal, when I got the check turns to $ 38 they charge 14 each and the other $ 10 the waitress cannot even tell why. screw this place. this place should be shut down!!!

This is for serving a turkey burger to my friend, a lifelong vegetarian. The veggie burger was ordered but a questionable burger came out. We checked with the servers and they said it was a veggie burger. We trusted them. Turns out we paid for a «turkey burger» when the bill came. Also, the food is served lukewarm. Dissatisfying experience.

This restaurant is ridiculously over priced and over rated! Customer service sucked! 2 hours and we only received 2 drinks and some wings! The tip is already included in the bill so they have no need to improve their customer service! I would never go back!

This is one of my favorite spots in south beach. The goblets, which are their signature cocktails, are soooo good! They come in a variety of flavors and are definitely big enough to share. Oh and don’t even get me started on their delicious pancakes and sweet crepes. I would eat here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and not get sick of it! Pricing isn’t bad either considering how pricy everything in South Beach is!

It’s crazy that I live in Brooklyn and never been to that one but I’ve been to the one in Miami. Service was great. It wasn’t crowded so we got a buy one drink get the next half off for happy hour. Didn’t get to try the food but my friend said that everything there tastes like magic lol so next Time I’ll def try it. One thing I will say is that the drinks don’t taste too strong but after the second one i guess I did feel a little buzz.

Sugar Factory is SUPER overrated! I visited the restaurant yesterday 1÷09÷16, I ordered the Fried shrimp, Fried macaroni & cheese balls as an appetizer, and for dinner the fried chicken and waffles $ 24, to drink we had the Cotton candy martini $ 18 and the bubble gum martini $ 18. Food: both appetizers were SUPER greasy, the oil was dripping, yuck! The chicken and waffles had a good taste, thanks to the side sauce, I prefer that my waffles be nice and fluffy, well that was not the case here, they gave me a half of a waffle and the waffle was thin, flat, and crispy as if it was fried. No bueno. Drinks: The bubble gum martini $ 18 tasted like medicine, so I got it exchanged for another drink(thank god). The Cotton candy martini $ 18 was very strong and tasty, thus far the best I’ve had in a while. Parking: Valet parking is $ 25. Your better off street parking which is $ 4 an hour. Waiter: My waiter Johan was not only hot but also very attentive.

If you’re looking for something a little different, this is a cool spot to go to. The drinks are fun and will definitely get you a buzz(if that’s what you’re looking for). The prices are a bit over the top, but it’s South Beach, and kinda expected, I suppose. The server was nice, and if you enjoy people watching, this is prime real estate.

This place’s location is perfect. Its by the beach and some other restaurents and bars. Its always packed and very crowded. I ordered the signature burger. Taste good-to-okay, nothing special about it. We got the lollipop passion goblet. It looks really good and tastes good too. It came with few candies and lollipops. I thought that the goblet was expensive($ 30)… Its a nice place to chill at but definitely expensive. I’ll give it a 3⁄5.

They are a classic«turist place» which had nothing good bad the location. After an event on Ocean and 14th we stoped by cause this is a «big» name coming in SoBe… bad idea! We tried their Gelato and first of all it was ice cream and second it was pretty bad. We have too many bad places on the beach already… please stop opening new bad ones! Definitively a «no go»!

Located on touristy Ocean Drive across from South Beach in Miami, I’ve been to a Sugar Factory before in Vegas. Same menu, same concept, same deal. Sugar Factory still doesn’t impressed me with their food menu as much because there isn’t a single thing on there that is worth remembering, but the drinks are the reason why people keep coming back. They have specialty one of a kind, state of the art house drinks that aren’t found anywhere else simply because others do not have the ability to create such a hype for smoke coming out of a goblet size glass cup with cute candies/fruits. For sure, this is considered a girlie drink and for sure it’s a damn expensive cup for almost $ 40 bucks, but this isn’t meant to be finished by one person… or so I have not seen it accomplished yet. They do have smaller drinks in martini sizes for half the price, but no smoke comes out of it. This is a place where you would stop by on vacation to get an Instagram picture with their famous goblets and use hashtag ‚#welivingthelife, but that’s about it.

It was like an overgrown prom on a sugar high. Girls screaming, tight polyester dresses, stilettos, Viva La Juicy perfume baths. Candy everywhere, including the largest Gummi Bears ever produced proudly displayed. Who needs cocaine when you can eat the biggest gummy bear ever made? The Sugar Factory is supposedly known for their ridiculous candy drinks, not to mention a Kardashian sponsorship proudly displayed by glossy pics of them looking to deep-throat candy suckers. The bachelorette of the group(you now know what I was doing there) wanted a massive sugar goblet o’ booze and so off we went. +1 for Presentation. Pouring the alcohol over dry ice resulted in «oohs and ahhs.» It tasted like liquid candy topped with more candy. The other moment of «ooohs»? Seeing the bill for said sugar goblet: $ 40. It was surreptitiously omitted from the menu. Despite being seated next to a Sweet 16 birthday party of 20(I can’t make this stuff up), service was efficient and polite. The crowd inside was unbelievable… perhaps I can reframe it in to being the some of the best people watching of the weekend. If you must, go for the people watching after a extra shot of insulin.

I’ve been to the Sugar Factory in Las Vegas, which is superior to this one in South Beach. Been here twice and I got better service when I came with my girlfriend rather than coming with my boyfriend because of the doting attention from male waiters. It’s a rather empty place that has their workers lining the storefront like annoying mall cellphone kiosk salespeople trying to get tourists to come in. This is more a novelty place for tourists rather than frequently dine type of place. Like how many times will you ever go back to Joe’s Crab Shack or Cheesecake Factory? Drinks are very sugary & caloric, but creative with the liquid nitrogen and enough variety candy to appeal to any sweet tooth. I still have yet to finish a drink even when it’s been shared with friends. Food is meh and nothing worth writing about. Good for entertaining tourists and to check off the bucket list and that’s pretty much it. Coming back again and again? Well if you have the calories and $$ to expend, do it!

Went for a late lunch here. Had a BLT crêpe and a couple cocktails. The BLT was definitely good, but the menu said the price was $ 17, while they actually charged $ 18. I had a couple of their smaller cocktails, the Peace Love and Harmonie and then the American Honey, which were both delicious but definitely overpriced, in my opinion. Each cocktail was $ 15 each. The restaurant is known for its creative drinks, which certainly do not disappoint restaurant-goers. There is such fantastic variety in their cocktails, which are all candy shop-themed. They also have a series of goblets which are 60 oz. each, and although they are pricey at $ 37, they seem like a fun way to enjoy South Beach with friends. The general atmosphere was energetic with many options to satisfy your sweet tooth, from the drinks to the candy and ice cream shop at the front of the restaurant. The staff was attentive. The restaurant charges a 20% service fee to your bill, whether you are eating along or with a group of friends.

Not impressed!!! I’m just happy that I didn’t waste my time in NY going to this place, considering there you need a reservation, it was completely empty when we walked by(should have been a clue) since I always wanted to try the drinks, we decided to have dinner here also. Sat outside, so we can people watch, no drinks in the menu has prices, weird! I ordered the raspberry watermelon mojito, along with the macaroni & cheese balls, and chicken fingers. Drink– looked cool, was huge, sweet, barely any liquor, would give you a stomach ache before actually feeling nice. Then to find out it was $ 37 so not worth it!!! Macaroni & cheese balls– DRY! Flavorless, the Cheesecake Factory makes way better ones!!! Chicken– was actually good, four huge pieces, with a ranch sauce. Now to the BILL!!! They charge a $ 12.40 service charge on a $ 81.22 bill, and a $ 1.24 concession fee! When I asked about it the waiter said the $ 12.40 was for the other workers, not him, and it isn’t considered a «tip» the concession fee he couldn’t explain!!! Complete rip off! Because I’m far from cheap! He still got his tip! A little over 20%. But believe me this will be the last time ever going here! To the Miami location or NY! And before leaving I got my teenage daughter a lollipop from here $ 25…like really? Lol You live & you learn!

I don’t enjoy writing bad or average reviews but the service, value and hospitality is horrible here . It is truly the typical south beach restaurant that is overpriced with horrible value and service . I usually don’t eat on Ocean Drive but I wanted to try the liquid nitro drink. For a place that has numerous high end locations and celebrity endorsements, the SERVICE and experience is horrific !! The ONLY good thing about this restaurant is the amazing liquid nitrogen drinks and expansive cocktail menu. They are about 40 dollars but can serve 2 – 3 people. Go for the liquid nitrogen drinks and molecular gastronomy but ask for prices before . Beware of the ignored service, rude security guards and all that comes along with ocean drive !
