I arrived at 7:15AM in the morning and the lady was still close she was in the kitchen and did not want to open till 7:30am

Horrible service! I ordered a spicy italian and asked for my sandwich to be lightly toasted and Maria(worker) put my sandwich in the oven for 5 seconds, I said oh the cheese didn’t melt at all she said and I quote«you said lightly toasted and that’s what I did now what else you want» I was puzzled but continued my order. I went to pizza hut next door to eat my sandwich since my husband was ordering there I opened my sandwich and it was cold not warm at all so immediately went back angry that I paid for my food a certain way and was basically rejected. I asked the cashier to reheat my sandwich which he did but it didn’t taste good with all the add-ons that was now microwaved so I didn’t eat it. I was seconds away from throwing the sandwich at Maria for giving bad customer service. DON’T GOTHERE!

j’y suis allée car je voulais un repas rapide et qu’il se trouve en face de l’hôtel où je séjournais. L’accueil n’est pas terrible et surtout elles né m’ont pas trop aidé quand elles voyaient que je né comprenais pas ! POur le reste, le sandwich faisait l’affaire comme dans n’importe quel subway !

Same lousy service by the two ladies as the other reviewers had discussed. I ordered a meatball sub. One lady mistook the order for 4 subs. I only paid for one. When the lady only put in one napkin I reached around the cashier for extra napkins(as Subway does not put napkins out to save money) and the other lady physically grabbed my hand to stop me. She then gives me one additional napkin.

Absolutely horrible. I walk in with my boyfriend to have lunch together and one of the short hispanic ladies is being very rude when she can’t hear me say what I want in my sandwich. She kept saying«what, what??» Not okay. Once we get to the register she didn’t even ask if we wanted the combo or not and just rudely placed a cup on our tray not only that but when she was wrapping my sandwich, she was starring at me it a very uncomfortable way and I said thank you, regardless of her terrible attitude but she obviously didn’t reply, she placed the sandwich on the tray(more like slammed) and said the price. No «thank you enjoy your meal» or «have a nice day» ha. Customer service at its worse

Omg where to begin?! The horrible service from the two new ladies they hired(Lorena and ?) Or when she sneezed and didn’t wash her hands, or maybe telling me I can’t have a refill after I stepped out and walked back in 10mins later. You tell me! I eat at this place constantly, they recently hired these two new Spanish ladies and wow they are horrible. The other businesses have said, they always hear customers complaining about them, but manager can’t find other workers. I bought an oven roasted chicken breast, I asked her heat the chicken and cheese in the microwave because I don’t like my bread toasted. She told me it’s already hot like 3 times. Puts chicken over the counter to let me touch it, and it was not hot. I had to CONVINCEHER how I want my sandwich. I walk out and eat the sandwich at UPS store next door for about 10min. When I’m done, I go to buy another sandwich. I walk in, the cashier sneezed, I said bless you. Thought she would wash her hands, but she just put some gloves on(you have to touch the gloves to put them on). The other lady made my sandwich with no problem. I go to get a refill from my first order, and she tells me, sorry if you leave you have to pay. I said wow, I was just here, I went next door. Regardless about their refill policy(usually to deter homeless and people who save cups to keep getting refills) these women are horrible. I’ll never come back. I hope corporate calls me!
